Running SoPharma clenbuterol for the first time What should I expect?

I ran UGL clenbuterol in the past. Had a bit of the shakyness on the first day or two but quickly acclimatised to it. I suspect it was maybe underdosed.

I got 150caps of SoPharma and 60caps of ketotifen.

Should I start with 20mcg and then bump up every few days as long as side effects are manageable?

Should I take 1mg Ketotifen from the start or should I just let clenbuterol do its thing for a week or two?

I also have Telmisartan on hand, would taking it at 80mg a day decrease the effect on clenbuterol in any way?

Taurine is a must or else cramps from hell gonna visit you.

Magnesium and potassium supplements also recommended.

Adjust your dose every few days, everyone tolerates stimulants differently. No need to go above 100mcg. Next time try salbutamol which is very underrated, works well with mild side effects.

I read salbutamol was easier on side effects and I was considering getting it but how does it compare in terms of effectiveness?

It was more effective than I expected that's for sure. Before that I always used clen, but after trying sal, I don't see myself using clen anymore.
