Feeling great. Sides are the same. Still bloated. I think I'm going to switch up some things in my diet next week and see if that's the issue. My dad is in the hospital so I won't be leaving town for the festival after all. I've been super busy, work and to the hospital. Pick up kids and to the hospital. Feel great at this dose. Drinking tons of water. Lots of energy. Headache is gone now. Voice hasn't changed. Lady parts still same size. Workouts feel amazing. I feel like I could train for hours. It's awesome. I've thought about bumping the dose up again since the negative sides aren't affecting me. Still gaining strength though so maybe I need to cruise on at this dose for a while.

Spotting. I have an IUD so I haven't had a period in over 2 years. Randomly started spotting this weekend which rarely happens.
Boobs are even smaller than before.
Increased thirst. Gallon + a day
Libido has slowed down some. Lady parts are normal.
Headaches are completely gone.
No strange hairs, voice change, or hair loss that I can tell. I have pretty thick curly hair so I probably wouldn't notice unless it was significant loss.

The scale has been going in the wrong direction. I haven't done measurements or BF since week one. I'll do that this week. I feel like my tummy if getting flatter. I have decided to slowly increase calories and see if I can get the scale to go up. The goal here is to gain as much lean muscle as possible.

Struggling to take in all of my calories. Hello peanut butter!
Throat sore in the afternoon. By the time I got in bed it felt raw. Feels scratchy. I'm not sure if I'm getting sick or if this is my voice trying to change. My voice sounds a little deeper to me but I've been coughing because my throat itches so much. My boyfriend has been sick with a cold but didn't have a sore throat. My sinuses are clear. I did just send my kids back into the cesspool of germs known as public school. It never fails that everyone gets the crud right after they go back. My dose is so low, I kind of doubt it's a side from the var. I hope not anyway. The plan is to increase the dose to 15mg a day on Monday. Other than that, sides are the same. No real changes. Very pleased so far!

Today is rest day. I'm feeling good so far at the increased dose but it is only day 2. Going to keep an eye on sides. So far my sides for this cycle are as follows:

Mood is better, less emotional than I was
A tad irritable
Libido is def not as high. I honestly think this is because I'm so damned exhausted by the time I get in bed. I need more hours in the day for sleep.
Still retaining water. My face feels puffy and so do my fingers. Watching my salt intake.
Voice is back to normal. It was just a cold. Whew.
Muscles feel hard all of the time. I will miss this.
Appetite is through the roof. I'm currently eating 2100 calories a day. I feel ravenous. I want to eat all of the time. Scale is going up again which is what I wan't. Def not as lean as I'd like to be but I know the struggle of gaining vs cutting. All in all I feel really great. I'm so pleased with my progress. My body is changing before my eyes. It's incredible. I'm sad that I'm already half way through my cycle. It is flying by so fast. I'm excited for my next cycle. I think I'm going to run another anavar cycle next. How long do you usually go between cycles? 8 weeks on, 8 weeks off? I'm def interested in running a primo cycle in the future too. We will see.

Sounds like everything is going great! I always hate when I'm not blasting too but you gotta remember it's a marathon not a sprint and the idea is to do it while maintaining health as well.

Ahhh. I've been so busy. I haven't had time to update my log. I had a trip over the weekend to go to a couple of shows and visit my sister. I did not track my macros while I was gone. I definitely have to get back on track this week.

I don't have time to post my full workouts. I will say I hit a leg press PR at 320 last week. No squat PRs :(.
Today is my rest day. I feel bloated as shit. My fingers feel fat. I blame it on the crappy food I ate this weekend. Back on track now.

10 mg am/5 mg pm (I took the larger dose this am because it's rest day and I hate taking it late when I'm not going to be working out).

Was planning to bump my dose up to 20mg this week since my sides are minimal. I wanted to run that dose for 3 weeks and taper down for 1 week which would extend my cycle to 9 weeks instead of 8. Any thoughts?

Your back is looking incredible! I am excited to see how you react to 15mg... my wife is on 5mg and I can see a big difference in her already... not sure when we will increase it to 10mg, I am taking it slow with her.
