Playing catch up. I've been super busy. I was out of town this weekend again. Last weekend of travel until mid-November. Whew...It's fun but exhausting. I had the best time though! Not a single macro was counted this weekend and zero fucks were given. I ate so much food. I enjoyed life. Had a blast. Took my son to see his favorite band (also one of my favorites). Stayed my old ass after the show to meet the lead singer. Snapped a photo of my son with him. My son was on top of the world. It was great.

I did train Sat before we left and Mon when I got home. Holy shit, I did not want to workout yesterday. We were out until 2 am Sunday night and then drove back 4 hrs. I came right in and changed and started fixing my pre workout. It was a struggle but I have to say, I'm glad I pushed myself and did it. I haven't been to the gym in months. I workout in my garage where I have everything I need. Power rack, leg extension, hack squat/leg press, cable crossover machine, power stack dumbbells and multiple other dumbbells... I keep a gym membership for the hottest part of the summer and coldest part of winter. I honestly hate going to the gym. Who wants to get stuck waiting on equipment if you don't have to? That being said, I haven't done any pull ups because I don't have the assisted pull up machine and I have always struggled with pull ups. I HATE them. Yesterday I decided, fuck it, and tried pull ups unassisted. I was so excited to be able to do 3 rounds of 5. OMG!! I know that's not a lot but I really suck at them, so this is awesome for me!

I'm feeling pretty good still. Just worn out. Going, going, going. My hips and knees have been really sore. I broke down and ordered knee sleeves. They will arrive Thursday. I don't plan to squat a thing until they arrive. I am hoping these will help me break through and hit another PR before this cycle is over. My knees are causing me so much trouble. We will see. Can't wait to try them out on Thursday.

Other than that, sides are the same. I am tolerating the 20 mg dose very well. I am so pleased with my results. Sat morning I went out right after my workout and the cashier at the store asked if I was a body builder or planning on competing. It made my day. I've never had so many people comment on my figure before. It's pretty amazing. I'm so proud of all of the hard work I've put in.

Anyway, today is rest day because I work both jobs. I'll update more later in the week.
 
@Sadie you say your are tolerating the 20mg dose fairly well. Are you having any virilization effects at all? How is your water retention?

Def retaining some water. Not as much as I was in the beginning though. Voice hasn’t changed. No strange hairs or noticeable hair loss. Lady parts a tad swollen. Not too bad. Libido is insane. Oily skin. No more pimples though. I had a couple here and there early on. So far so good.
 

@Sadie, I went back to your original progress pics that you posted at the beginning of this thread and all I can say is, wow!! Your glute, quad and hamstring improvement is phenomenal. I hope you consider doing side by side pics of the beginning and ending pics while repeating the same poses as in you were doing in the original pics. I think that they will be very inspirational to other women who read your log and are contemplating this lifestyle.

Yesterday was leg day. I finally was able to squat 165 for 3!!! So fucking happy about this!!! I did something to my lower back during stiff leg deadlifts. Had to cut the whole thing short. I woke up this morning feeling better. I can't afford an injury right now. Everything is still going great. Sides are about the same. I did find 2 small coarse hairs on my chin yesterday. [emoji51]They were blonde hairs. Just a bit thick. Def not growing a beard or anything like that.

Happy Monday! Today I feel sore as shit. My hips and knees ache. My bones feel tired. I did something to my lower back last week on leg day. I felt it at the end of my workout yesterday. Had to stop. I may take a rest day today. I think my body needs it. I'm feeling really tired. I don't ever get enough sleep. My patience is gone. Super irritable lately. I'm actually looking forward to the end of my cycle in a way. I'll def miss it but I welcome the break for my body. My sides have not changed really. I'm very pleased that I've tolerated this dose so well. I've felt such an increase in strength since I bumped it up. I hope I can hold on to some of these strength gains.

Sides: oily skin, increased thirst, irritable, increased appetite, increased libido, slightly swollen lady parts w/ increased sensitivity, I sweat a lot more in my sleep, retaining water. Voice has not changed. No more strange hairs. No hair loss.

If I train today, it will be chest. Planning a date night tonight and would love a little cheat meal after I train. I'll try to take some progress pics too. I plan to post the side by side comparison photos once my cycle is over. I can't wait to see the difference!

Felt it again Sunday during stiff leg rope pull throughs. I'm worried about it at this point. It's super uncomfortable today. Today is rest day since I'm working both jobs. Your cheat meal is a very healthy meal by my standards LOL. My idea of a cheat meal is more like fried chicken and french fries fried in hog lard or else maybe a bacon double cheese burger with a side of meat lovers pizza with extra cheese:confused::D

I feel exhausted. Worked both jobs yesterday. I’m thinking today is going to be a rest day. My knees are hurting so bad. My lower back feels a little better today. I’m retaining a ridiculous amount of water again today. I woke up and my fingers are super swollen. My face feels puffy. I don’t think I drank enough water yesterday. [emoji17]

You may be going through too wide of a range of motion... Only go as far as you can until you lose the lower back engagement. Otherwise you'll lose the neutral back position and create problems. Go through smaller ranges of motion and keep your back straight, I think it'll help you.

Thanks! I think you’re right. I know I get fatigued by the end of my workout and my form starts to go to shit too. Fingers crossed it stops hurting in time for leg day this week.
