This week has been a struggle. I have been feeling so lethargic. The plan was to run the cycle thru Sunday, but I made a decision to cut it short due to feeling so bad. I fear that the reason I feel lethargic, is the strain on my liver. Yesterdays workout was ROUGH.

So, here we are. The end. I'm so pleased with my first experience with anavar. Holy shit! It's been an awesome journey. I gained so much strength. I put on quite a bit of muscle. Also put on a little body fat, but that's ok. I ate at a surplus the whole time and plan to continue eating to grow for a while. Tis the season!

I am going to sit down and look at my progress over the weekend, do some more measurements and calculate strength gains. I'll post more next week. I will also post more pics, before and after. I will log a little after to show the loss in strength gains...that's something I was really curious about. I hear that you don't keep all of the strength gains. I'm eager to see what I'll be able to lift without my super human powers.

Hey guys. I said I was going to keep updating post cycle and I’ve just been so busy. Question...I ran my first cycle of var 9 weeks. I’ve been off cycle 8 weeks tomorrow. I’ve got primo and var in hand and npp on the way. Is it safe to start my next cycle now? I know the rule is off equals on but I’m itching to get going again.
