Train the overs and unders.
1. Under-under (100 meter pace).
2. Under (200 meter pace).
3. Race distance (400 meter pace).
4. Over (800 meter pace).
5. Over-Over (1500 meter pace).
Overs and the over-overs.
1. Intensive Tempo.
2. Extensive Tempo.
3. Parlaufs.
4. Fartlek.
5. Short and long recoveries.
6. More aerobic in nature (understand why you do this type of work).
