Seizure rate of domestic shipments

I received a seizure letter explaining what was in the package and That it was a controlled substance and is subject to forfeiture under the provisions of title 19 United States section 545; title 21 section 881 and 952 and title 19 United States Code section 1499 and I'll spare you guys the rest

If you got a letter you are more than likely okay.

If they wanted you it would have been a controlled delivery followed by a search warrant.

Don't respond to the letter. Your shipment is a loss. Also don't have anything illegal reshipped to the same address.

Key to Remember: Admit nothing always-Play dumb and dont give in. Even if authorities tell you it's know big deal they are just worried about big fish. If you dont admit you knew what was in the mail- they cant prove that you did. Just be smart and dont ever get gear resent to places that have had confiscated mail. Ps. Dont ever give up details about home town or job over an open forum. (Just risky with no reward)
