Sheiko strikes again

Yeah bro. @Perrin Aybara has great work ethic and you would be a valuable asset to any company or corporation.
Yes he has...he's been working hard to stay afloat and I give him props for not relapsing back to the bad old ways that got him in trouble before. He is definitely worthy of another chance. I am sure he can get a job as a CDL driver if he successfully completes CDL school.

Ick. I've got a question for you. I've never ran sheiko before. Are you liking the results? I've ran the 5x5. Kinda half assed the westside. Didn't really like it too well. Ran smolov and it killed my feet. Actually fucked them up enough that I didn't squat or dl for almost a month. Could run either. Killed my cardio.
I'm not running it now but it was a great program. It's pretty advanced programming and I think for chest it's good for me. I think I'm making better progress with squats and deads with a more intermediate set up.

Deadlift

135 X 10
225 X 5
335 X 5
445 X 5 X 3

Took 20mg halo upon waking up. Drank 2 cups of black coffee and a bunch of water. At the gym 90 minutes later.

I called it quits super early. I wanted a 5 X 5 but my elbows are on fire. I think low bar is doing it to them...

Back to the halo. I'm full of power, no denying it. My max on a 5 X 5 was 425#. If the elbows were fine it would be 445# right now. I am insanely jittery today. It's taking a serious effort to type on my cell phone right now. I like it a lot but can't seem to put together a serious workout out yet.

I'll get it together :)

@Urrsher tagged you to keep my shilling out of the PPL thread.

For you guys that have take halo does what I'm describing sound like it at all?

I just feel a little amped and the weights move easily. Superdrol I feel really amped, but less strength. TNE is more subtle for me. All three together and I feel euphoric, but also kinda shaky and nervous at first until I hit my heavy set and then it's smooth sailing.

How long do you plan on taking the halo? Ive read guys doing 10 day spurts but I guess you could also just use it 2x a week for the deadlift squat days. And hopefully the insanely jittery part is because of the 2 coffee cups and not the halo lol. I HATE the jittery feeling some preworkouts give, always have to cut my workout short. Suspension never does that to me

the jittery feeling is different than pre-workout drinks. i hate it like you do but this is different.

i'm going to treat it like a preworkout, not really game planning on anything specific, just randomly going to use it I think. It's worth a try man.

ISSUES!!!!

My latest issue is my elbows. I've had elbow pain from time to time but it has always been on the inside of my elbow. What I have been dealing with is on the outside of the elbow and extends in both directions through my forearm and upper arm. It is starting to hurt my lifts so I need some advice. I'm swallowing Aleve after the gym because of it...

All I can think is the Low Bar Squat is doing it. Can anyone think of other things that can cause that?

How are you holding the bar? I use a somewhat wider grip due to my rather long arms.

I do hold it relatively close to the middle. I like it better that way but the problems caused by it are turning out to be greater than the benefit gained, if in fact that's that cause of the pain.

How flexible are your shoulders? My right one has issues due to a large bone spur that needs to get removed.

That's what I believe, it correlates with the same timeline.

Only reason I brought it up is when the pain hits it's kind of severe. Who would have though squating would hurt my elbows, much to learn still.

Oh yeah, it's terrible. I've had my arms trembling after heavy sets of low bar squats. Can't even hardly pick up plates to load on.

Ive been forced to use a grip kind of like oly grip front squats. Like the bar rests closer to my fingertips and my wrists are pinned back. Zero pain like this and have done 550lbs with this method. I believe @Seven Dog was also using this grip successfully.

Low bar squats can be elbow shoulder killers. I think I posted a vid how to work into the low bar squat. It's like a low bar squat warm-up mobility drill before lifting. I'll post it again

Thanks gents. I appreciate the feedback. I have a few links that you guys have given me recently and a kid at my work who is in college for therapy and stuff like that is going to bring in a book he said I'd like, supple leopards or something.

Good book. There's a Supple Leopard 2 or 2.0 out now as well. I have the first edition. Some of the things Kelly Starett says I don't agree with. But overall helpful book for mobility in all areas.

Just getting some body building shit going in the gym for the balance of the week. Nothing of note really, just getting swole.

Starting a short term training plan on Monday for the ramp up to the comp.

I've made the tren decision last night. The tren is out. I'm not sure if it's specifically tren, the mix of 2 19-nor drugs or what but it is over.

Dropping the tren and upping the deca.

Cycle profile is

Test cyp 600mg wk (upon further review I am thinking this number is closer to 1g, don't ask :()
Deca 500mg wk
Dbol 50mg ed

I will try tren again in another cycle but it's time to adjust this current one. By by tren!
