I'm on the squad I guess, lol. Thanks!:) all I know is I want to be strong at some point and someone pointed me in the correct direction.

So how many we have on the plan? I had no idea strength first had a group here. The PLers we have here are certainly a solid group, that's for sure!

And yeah, 15*2 was tough but I was digging the deficits later in the workout. I need more warm up time and I bet that I would have hit at least 10 sets before rpe9.

When. You use tren bro. Try running 75-100mgs of proviron that might take the sides away. If not combine proviron with Mast. Mast will do the trick.

I've suggested it to a few people who I believe are interested and dedicated enough to complete it. It has spread thanks to it's effectiveness.
 
I'm going to get back into the tren at some point, just not now.

I can't even begin to tell you guys how bad it made me feel. I knew about 1.5/2 weeks in it wasn't good but after a month I was done.

It was suggested that having 2 19nors in me might be the problem. Who knows. I may be a bit crazy as well. This is my second cycle and I had 5 steroids going at one time. My brain wasn't having it.

Since I've dumped it my temper is amazing again, my sleep is consistently getting better, I'm sweating a little less at night, my appetite has regained it's momentum and I swear my ability to focus and stay on task in mission critical situations is back up to snuff.

In regards to strength first and the programming I am super excited. I loved sheiko and having elements of it again is a boost for me. It's also a big deal for me to have help with programming. I'm such an idiot with it. I can make goofy smartphone apps, touch panels and crazy fun shit like that but how the human body grows best and most efficiently is hard for me to grasp without help. It's cash well spent imo, better than the gear.

We've got a young natty on the other board who's doing strength first and turning heads. Programming is critical for strength.

Good for him, that's encouraging. I wish I knew about it through my 20s and into my 30s. I trained natty but trained like a putz.

A fair amount of time and this type of training and that kid is going to keep turning heads I'm sure.

If you want to try strength first/bully yoga then we can get you in contact with the legend behind the program. It's not easy but it is effective. You'll be cursing his name in no time lolol. Yeah I am definitely want to do it. Anything to get stronger. If these other guys here are doing it, I know it's gotta be good.
 
I think it would be a really good fit for you, @Ironlyfe80. I worked with him for my last meet and was very impressed. Been doing a modified version of his template on my own since December and just rehired him this week to begin again next week.

@Docd187123 we need to just get POB on over here now that we've got a powerlifting forum. I know he's lurking anyway because he told me the other night he'd been keeping up with my log. Seems he's been following threads, too, lol.

I'm freaked out a bit. I have a noticeable drop in power since kicking the tren, almost to where I'm a little behind the point I was before I started the tren. Like I've lost a step.

I upped the Deca to 500mg a week when I quit tren, hoping that helps...

I'm also feeling like I'm hitting a wall quicker in the gym. I don't know if that's the bully yoga plan killing me or something else.

All in all I feel great though. No real pain or aches to worry about. My knees are good, hips are tight but good, back is great, arms are feeling good. Recovery is on point I think. Just a dip in power :(

I'm literally thinking about getting back on...
