Sheiko strikes again

At least you didn't go full Rich Piana crazy on tren, Icky...you are smart enough to recognize its dangers and being careful with it.

You will find your sweet spot with the compounds soon enough, and I myself may be soon playing with the goodies too. :)

You must be really stoked for that comp now and you should be able to make a strong showing at the meet.

I'm starting to think I'm mostly immune to tren sides. I have a hard time believing I could be that lucky, but it's seeming more and more like the case.
That's pretty rare lol. You'd most likely have to run freaky crazy doses to get any sides.

I am toying with the idea of trying tren but I do admit I feel like a chicken haha, just like when I felt wishy washy about even running my first cycle despite all the badgering I got on here.

I'm running 100mg ED now and feel better than normal. Had a little sleep disturbance the first week and now not even that. I'm getting leaner and more vascular despite a hefty calorie intake.

You won't know till you try it.

Eating is no problem for me and the fat boy in me is always ready to come out and play lol. 100mg ED sounds doable for me but what about like 200mg EOD?

lol, you better start much lower. @Ickyrica was only doing 50mg a day, i believe. From what i understand 100mg ED is unbearable for a lot of people.
Yeah 50mg ED sounds good for a starting point and I can go with that. If Icky had problems at 100mg then yes I should try starting low to see how I react to it first.

I reacted to test e quite well and I certainly will be doing that again too.

I never went above 50ed. I lasted about a month, give or take.

Two biggest issues were quality of life and attitude. The attitude was getting bad near the end. My quality of life claim is directly related to sleeplessness and my diet was negatively impacted. It was harder to eat a large amount of food daily.

Go slow with it. I may be a bad candidate for its use but i would suggest easing in...

I am like you. I don't get tren sides. The occasional night sweat but I chuck the sheets and I am good.

I ran Tren ace at 100mg ED last summer. I am running Tren E at 800mgs/week now.

That's all I'm getting on this run at the moment and it's not even every night. I'm definitely getting physique changes already, not so much for strength yet at just over two weeks. I'm getting leaner even at my current calorie intake. Posted a pic earlier in the shredded member thread. Might try 150mg ED next time just to see what happens.

Deadlift
135*10
225*5
335*5
425 8*2 -- was supposed to be 15*2 or rpe9, whichever comes first.

Spoto press
135*10
225*5
275 5*5 -- full 5*5 or rpe9, whatever comes first. Could have been at least 20# heavier, rookie mistake.

Deficit Deadlift
385*5 rpe9
355 4*5 -- could have done a few more sets until rpe9

I stuck to the programming and stopped when I got to a rpe9 on DL. I could have done a few more sets. This took a while longer than I'm used to as well, reminded me of sheiko.

Time to cook and eat and recover :)

in my opinion, and experience, better to be a tad under than over RPE. id recommend taking constant videos or yourself. not for form check really, more for bar speed. ive noticed some lifters can look really explosive then the next rep a tad slower, then fail on the next rep. where other lifters can seemingly grind for days. welcome to the team by the way!

i also dont seem to get much in the way of sides. i run a touch hotter than normal, which i already run hot all the time. the quantity of quality of sleep is the biggest side. also, like you mentioned @Ickyrica around 6 weeks in generally my appetite will take a hit. the key there is to not let yourself get too low of calories for consecutive days ive found. one day isnt bad. string together a few days and my appetite is hard to get back.

Yeah, was ridden hard and put away wet last night lol.

welcome to the team by the way!
I'm on the squad I guess, lol. Thanks!:) all I know is I want to be strong at some point and someone pointed me in the correct direction.

So how many we have on the plan? I had no idea strength first had a group here. The PLers we have here are certainly a solid group, that's for sure!

And yeah, 15*2 was tough but I was digging the deficits later in the workout. I need more warm up time and I bet that I would have hit at least 10 sets before rpe9.

Double DL, Fml....
