Sheiko strikes again

@Perrin Aybara so about those dreams lol. I pulled a double yesterday and it kicked my ass. 6am - 10pm was a long day man. I got home, cleaned up and hit the sack. I slept well all night but did have some crazy dreams. I'm not sure if I have been having them and just wasn't aware? I smoke pot at the end of everyday and I'm pretty sure that suppresses dreams or at least the memory of, in some people. either way they were vivid. Last time I can remember having dreams like that was when I quit smoking camel red lights. I used the gum, worked great. Before that I tried the patch and that gave me the most insane dreams. I actually discontinued use because that were so crazy.

Bailed on the workout last night. Life got in the way. My goddaughter turned 1 and the wife and I have been busy getting ready for a big party this afternoon. So I crushed it this morning.

Late workout for monday. Very rested and feeling like I am in a different place fundamentally. Bailed on Saturdays workload, life caught up to me. I believe that is why I am so rested. I needed it...
 
Gonna try lol. I'm hoping to get into the 1300s total. I would like 500 on DL, 450 on squat and it would be cool to get 400 on bench but I think I may fall short on that tall order!
 
First attempt = something you can hit a triple with anytime.
Second attempt = something you can hit for a double.
Third attempt = PR based on how that second one felt.
 
How would you guys break up the max? I was thinking DL one day and bench/squat the next.

DL - warm up sets. First real pull @ 405, 2nd @ 455, 3rd @ 500.

Bench - warm up sets. First real push @ 315, 2nd @ 345, 3rd @ 385.

Squat - warm up sets. First push @ 365, 2nd @ 405, 3rd @ 450.

Does this seem ok? I know the weight may be lighter or a little heavier depending on the day but does the progression up to the max seem ok?
 
Squat landed at 462#, I fought like hell to get it. if it were 465 I would have failed, 100%. had a serious hitch point but pushed through it. This is actually a video, just need to get to a computer to load it.

Bench landed at 350#, fought hard for that rep as well. Not sure what happened there? Was hoping for a better number but being off cycle I'm not going to complain. The rep was a solid 4/5 seconds and took a shit ton of energy out of me. Max was a 'did not attempt', I knew I didn't have it in me. No video or pics of the 350, was going to get media on the next rep :(
