As an aside, you don’t even mention as to where you domestically ship. I assume USA, but therein lies the beginning of your lack of info. Hard to put faith in your operation when I would have to continually request info that should be part of a basic intro.

Just answer all legit questions and you'll be on the right track. Start with posting the test results and answering where you src your raws in China. Are you able to understand English well or is it your 3rd or 4th language?
