You can have so many variations in just those exercises for how and where you intend to put the stress.
No straps
I can do Dorian rows, I can't do full bent over rows but Dumbbells rows I can do. I don't make excuses just trying to work around what I lost. Believe me, I started crying when I realized I can't do conventional back squats or even front squats without exerting pressure on my spine. Squats really gave me the core strength and mobility. I lost 80% of ROM in my cervical/neck. And 50% in my lumbar.
