So my coach says I am behind on fat loss and would like me to start DNP. I've read a ton of research on it and would only run at 250mg/day until I am caught up. Thoughts and opinions on this?

That's hard to believe you would be behind on fat loss. It looked like you didn't have much to lose. From what I've read 250mg is pretty mild. I haven't done a lot of research on it and I've never used it, so I wouldn't feel comfortable giving you any advice. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. Is this an online coach or do you see him IRL??

IRL and 5 weeks is a ton of Time too that's why I am confused I don't think I'm behind af all
 
Down to 2700 cals wasn't losing at the rate desired.

Legs:
Squats: 315 5x2
Leg extension: 4x15
Hammy curl: 4x12
Calf raises: 4x20
Walking lunges: 3x15 per leg

Abs: leg raises keeping the body straight and legs straight touching the top of the bar 3x8

Weighted sit-ups: 3x10

Strength feels fine still can't wait to pin Saturday. Weights down to 194 going for about 1-2lbs per week.
Have you ever considered T3?

It's rough bro. 250 is pretty manageable. I wouldn't run anything other than dinitro.

If you think you're behind, it's your call. But that's one serious drug. If you don't feel behind, or if you don't want it on your body, don't let them pressure you into shit.

It is definitely effective. But dieting is much easier and more enjoyable.
 
How far behind are you?

If you are going to do it, I would plan to build to 500 within 4 days. Shoot for the lb/day standard, keep your diet locked down, no IIFYM. Straight cookie cutter prescriptive diet. The cravings and hunger are going to be intense, don't give yourself many options, or you'll slow yourself down.

It's going to make you look like dogshit. Worst you've ever looked. I would want it over at least three weeks out. That's one week to clear completely, and another two to swell back up and refine the look. Get in, get it done, and get off as fast as possible.

Make sure you have a lot of towels, and a mattress liner. Ec stack will help with feeling human, and control cravings. You'll need to buy new pillows when you're done, lol.

Coach claims im a week and a half behind, says DNP is way more effective than clen/t3, and would like me to run at 250mg for 4 days then bump to 500 for a few while I try to catch up. Also said I should run a keto diet on.
 
Keto and DNP is supposed to be hard. The cravings alone are going to drive you nuts. But you shouldn't need more than an 8 day run at it if you're only a little behind. You can do anything for 8 days. . .

From what I've read, I'd go low carb. Supposed to be a slightly higher deficit, as it's going to favour burning carbs first, before it starts on fat and muscle. But you don't pay me to give advice. Either way, it's going to strip it off you if you keep diet and training in check.

It's really not fun. I don't recommend it, as I wouldn't wish it on an enemy. But your situations is one of the few uses I see as justified for breaking it out.

I've just been Doing reading on it the past 4 hours straight pretty much. I think with a max dose at 500 and only a week or so of running it, I can handle it. Then I'll hop off immediately and hopefully refill out in time. I think tren/prop/var will help with that no?
 
I wonder what macros he will put me on. If he wants me to run keto how many cals. Im waiting for a text back from him. Really not feeling keto I would much rather run low carbs

Show me information where running 250mg and taking the right precautions has caused serious harm. There's so many mixed reviews on running DNP been reading for like 6 hours straight and at low dose I see no problem for me besides some sides I can tolerate for a week. Not sure if this makes me sound ignorant but I cannot find harm in this to catch up for a show
 
I've read Bill Roberts and I've also read the entire sticky made about how to not fuck up DNP. Then researched what DNP actually does to your body and different doses
