For me they just blatantly stole my money without even attempting to send a product.

Despite me having absolute proof it was sent to them and arrived in their bank account.

Claiming "Oh, we never received it", then "Oh, we'll send you a refund".
Notice how they’re in this thread daily posting ads for their products but ignoring 95% of the complaints people are making. They’re reading the complaints. They just can’t be bothered to address them because it isn’t worth their time. That’s how we know they aren’t planning on staying here for the longhaul.
 
Been a member of meso for about 6 years but I lurk frequently. I appreciate being able to check srcs before every order based on their thread. Shitty times were in now smh. Anywho…

How tf has this source made it to almost 300 pages?! I assume they were good at one point. I’m starting to think that the shit sources that didn’t get busted are just selling their scraps which is why sometimes ppl get their shit and sometimes they test good. I saw another post of sigmas raws testing good and it was recently. Either way what a shitshow
 
Everyone please proceed with caution before ordering.

Order was placed a few weeks ago, with domestic shipping tracking provided shortly after.

Order was ‘waiting to be shipped’ in Alibaba up until today, when I noticed they uploaded a random tracking number from a previously delivered parcel. The status changed from not shipped, to shipped, to delivered, to order complete within minutes of each other (I have the email notifications for each).

When I queried this with my rep, they said they had to do this in order to be paid because their Alibaba account had been suspended, so they had to go in and make sure each pending order was shown as delivered.

They continue to reassure me that my order is ‘on the way’ but I smell a fox in my hen house.

So some dumbass told Alibaba they were ordering gear and SSA's account got suspended? Or is that a delay tactic

I hope you get sorted but seeing a lot of guys get the run around lately

They may have but that is not my problem to deal with - SSA using a random tracking number against my order so it appears as delivered for the purpose of ensuring they get paid is what has fucked me off.
 
I have been talking to Ada. Very responsive, precise and fast. Spot on communication. Ordered 500 usd of Reta and Tirz.

Got a tracking number 3 days after.

I really liked how she handled everything bit if quality is not good... damn then. No customer service can compensate for it.

Responsiveness isn’t the issue, they’re usually great - not shipping your products or doing shady shit in the background is lol
 
Sigma Audley basically claimed they never got my wise.com payment

Wise.com said they did and provided absolute proof it arrived in Sigma's USA bank account.

So they basically took me $600+ dollars and kept it without even attempting to send a product.

I've been patient and waited over a month since I initially sent it.

I have verified proof it arrived at their bank via wise.com receipt and they simply brushed me off.
Please show us the evidence. We will refund you immediately. It's only 600USD. We don't mind your money.
 
First. Regarding bank card payment (Wise.com payment), some customers reported that we did not receive the payment after the payment was successful. Because this is a third-party account collection, the funds may be delayed for a week or even 2 weeks. This causes a lot of problems for us. And a bad customer experience. If you already have a payment on the way, you can choose to ask the bank to refund. Return your funds by the original route. In order to avoid problems and for a better customer experience, we will suspend bank card payments. I hope everyone understands.
Second: Regarding the detection of mixed liquids. Because the product is complicated, we will communicate with janoshik about the relevant detection methods and reasons. At present, we will suspend the sale of such products (Lipo-c, super shred) to avoid causing a bad customer experience. If you have already ordered and are concerned about the product, you can choose to destroy the product and send a video to the salesperson and get a refund.
