After 20 days, the shipment finally has its first scan in Europe. Something has moved.
My three packages shipped on 9th/10th Feb still not moved.
One package has been reshipped and has had its first electronic scan.
Still waiting on the reship of the second and third packages as they contain oils/tablets they take longer to process apparently.
I was happy enough to wait the 30 days before reship but I have been disappointed that the second and third packages have taken two more weeks since then to be sent.

Another two orders I made since then for HGH 36iu and some 60mg Tirz have both shipped and I am tracking them now.

SSA are still legit but they are dealing with issues as well. I still have faith in them.

After 37 days since sending my parcel to the EU - despite the fact that I actually paid them 67(!) days ago - there is still absolutely no tracking update. They promised to reship it a week ago, yet they couldn’t even manage that.

The only reason I chose them in January was because they had Primo, which, apparently, they don’t have anymore.

SSA’s motto:
"We won’t deliver shit, we won’t refund you, we won’t even reship. Fuck you, pale devil! "

Please rest assured that all packages have been sent out. If the tracking number is not yet available, please urge the sales staff.

All packages have been sent. If there is no tracking number please contact sales to check. Primo still has a small amount of stock to send problem orders.
 
First. Regarding bank card payment (Wise.com payment), some customers reported that we did not receive the payment after the payment was successful. Because this is a third-party account collection, the funds may be delayed for a week or even 2 weeks. This causes a lot of problems for us. And a bad customer experience. If you already have a payment on the way, you can choose to ask the bank to refund. Return your funds by the original route. In order to avoid problems and for a better customer experience, we will suspend bank card payments. I hope everyone understands.
Second: Regarding the detection of mixed liquids. Because the product is complicated, we will communicate with janoshik about the relevant detection methods and reasons. At present, we will suspend the sale of such products (Lipo-c, super shred) to avoid causing a bad customer experience. If you have already ordered and are concerned about the product, you can choose to destroy the product and send a video to the salesperson and get a refund.
I have super shred coming and hope I don’t have to do this. Do you stand by that product? I haven’t seen tests specifically done on that one and would much rather be able to use it than go through a whole destroying/refund process.

Ahh I didn’t think anyone tested the super shred. My sales rep told me mine was from a new shipment so maybe there is a chance mine isn’t crap? I guess I’ll just test it out and if it seems bunk destroy it for the refund.

It all comes fro.the same place.. I tested the super shred from. A Chinese manufacture and sent you the teat as a courtesy yesterday.. it all comes from the same place.. I will quit trying to help you

Understood. But don’t batches vary batch to batch? Haven’t there been bad tests for GH, peptides, oils, etc yet people keep buying them because the majority of them work as they should? Could this not just be a crap batch? Genuinely asking. Appreciate the test you sent by the way.

These vendors don’t test these blends. They don’t manufacture them and have no idea what is in them. SSA said yesterday they are removing them from their price list. Best to just go ahead and ask for a refund.

Sending a video of destroying the product was a concern. Just drop it in the garbage or do I have to smash vials? Lmao
 
I’m waiting on them to respond to me and give me directions. I think the member who paid for the Lipo test was refunded without destroying his product.
I think destroying the product is just another delaying tactic, but I have also asked Bella what they need to see (though she hasn't actually replied to my request for a refund yet, either)
