Even if the person had proof they'd say the funds hadn't been released by that payment company yet or there was some issue and it was returned to the payment company or it was being held in limbo or it disappeared or their account was shut down or it was sent to an old account they no longer had access to. Just too many issues with a 3rd party involved. Even though one shows proof the other still denies and says they're wrong. There's always 3 sides to the story

I was told by Bella that SSA and HYB do not utilize the same factory. For what it’s worth. So whoever made those blends are fucking over multiple factories. How do we know was a “mistake” and not intentional?Well at least they are trying their best to handle this situation. The last time we had someone call out Tracy for 90% Test D she started trash talking to him for 10 paged and told us we should be happy we even get anything at all.
Giving refunds for this bunk LipoC and accepting their mistake is a good sign. Shit happens in business. Nobody is perfect but how we handle shitty situation is what counts.
