Simec rip off (until further notice)

I feel like I've given them ample time and opportunity to take care of my samples. I sent off a few vials of pharmacom npp. They said it would be 3 weeks max. I'm going on 16 weeks!! My contact there keeps giving me different deadlines and now doesn't even respond to emails.

Until they fix this fuck simec. I sent them $525 for all the testing and 16 weeks later I still have nothing in return.

Their excuse is that they moved locations and are backed up. I can understand that but to keep breaking deadlines, taking 5x longer than expected, and not emailing back is bs.

Sorry to hear, this is totally fucked up.... @Millard Baker maybe due to the volume of samples you send, you might have some pull around there to get this tightened up?

So, now your out $525.00. Did Pcom replace these vials at least? I don't remember reading that in your other thread. Once Frank started writing his book report replies, I easily get bored of reading them.

Sorry, forgot to say, stand up move paying out of pocket Luca!

I was going to square up w pharmacom after I got the results. They offered to pay for it but I wanted to pay simec directly so the results would be more unbiased.

I'll give it another week or so and then I'll talk to frank.

I think 4 months should be enough time to get back on line. Really sorry to hear that. Whats the story?

If the dude would answer I could tell u. The last deadline was 2 weeks ago. Since then there's been no contact. I email everyday w no response.

He told me straight out all the samples were done and just need to be reported. And will be available "end of the week" which was 2 Friday's ago.

Have you discussed this with M ? I only mention this bc I've had the pleasure, NOT, of dealing with a few analytical labs in the past, and for all intents and purposes, it's anything but smooth sailing.

In fact individual, single vial assay difficulties are the norm IME. To that end it may be comforting to know the NUMBER ONE analytical lab consumer complaint, turnover time. Ah duh Doc, lol!

PM me fella!

why the fuck simec lmao they are scammers faking test for money

if you want your shit tested go to real lab

From my understanding simec is regulated by europed version of the fda.

UPDATE: they finally responded. He said he wasn't gettin my messages cause they went to spam. Also said the microbiology test is completed (and is fine). I'm not sure if he meant there was no sign of bacteria. I'll wait for the finished report.

Hplc should be done some and heavy metal testing done by next week. He said they had a prob finding a reference sample for it.

Also said they'd test my next sample for free.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. That can make anyone frustrated. Props for waiting it out and putting your money where your mouth is when it actually counts. I think you're the only one who forked up the money from their own pocket when it concerned a questionable vial.
