As I was reading through the thread a question popped into my head of what became of the the rest of the gear and if someone may have had a serious issue with it. I was offline for weeks and didn't get to see any follow ups about it. So I posted the question I had and it was answered politely. Ok, I emailed simec and here is their response, just as MOST of us already know "WHAT SCUMBAGS NAPS ARE". Also hope I didn't OFFEND anyone by posting something other than a conspiracy theory on here

I will do that, I was aware of another address but did not want to deviate from NAPS' instructions and give them an EXCUSE to not proceed with testing. Seems like samol,samol. thanx

Yes I understand. The sample was sent at NAPS request to the Simec address they provided, If I deviated from THEIR instructions, I am sure they would have used it as an excuse not to pay for the testing. I am quite sure they knew the sample would never get there to be tested, thus saving them from being shown to selling bunk products, I do however have another sample which I guess I will send in and pay for myself. I hope you understand the logic in my actions.

How does sending the sample to the CORRECT address deviate from their instructions of sending it to Simec. Sending to an old address wouldn't be sending it to Simec now would it?

They did just move so maybe they just gave you the old address without having knowledge of the new location.


Edit: I don't like naps am not affiliated with naps and will not be ordering from naps due to their mishandling of customer information. I just think looking at something from one angle is the definition of ignorance.
