I'm really serious about getting peeled as quickly as possible. Thanks for tuning in! Trying to keep things as simple as possible.

That's a lot of gear for a cut. Are you on trt or do you PCT?

Man I don't personally understand why you'd need anywhere near that much. Whole point of gear on a cut is to maintain mass. And at 5'11" 214lbs. Likely close to 20% bf. You don't have a shit ton of mass to find to hang on to.

I was going to cut with literally 200mg test 200mg Primo and 2-3ius of gh..

I hestitate to say "impossible," but I do not find it likely.

Look at it this way. Assuming your 17% body fat is accurate (and if it is not Dexa Scan or hydrostatic weighing, it is not accurate at all, so post a pic), then you are right now carrying 37 pounds of fat.

Picture 37 pounds of fat for a moment.

177 pounds is lean mass (muscle, bone, brain, etc.)

At 205 pounds and 6%, you would literally be able to win your first bodybuilding competition.

Does that seem realistic for a 17 week goal?

Most guys prep for 16 weeks, and that is after bulking up all off season.

At 205 pounds and 6%, you will have 12 pounds of fat and 193 pounds of lean mass.

So you are asking, in the span of 17 weeks, to grow 16 pounds of muscle (not water, not fat, pure muscle) and lose 25 pounds of fat at the same time.


Now maybe you are some sort of genetic freak. I don't know you or your genetic code.

But most likely, you are not a genetic freak, and, even more likely, you do not know much about diet for bodybuilding (or you would not be 214 at 17%). These are two strikes against you.

So, instead, set a goal of cutting.

You will not be 205 pounds at the end. That is ok. Accept it.

Drop down to 6%.

Then set a goal of growing. You will be shocked how quickly those muscles fill out like balloons when you start a bulk at a real 6% body fat.

Then maybe win that competition next year, after you have added some size and are ready for a 16 week prep to contest day.

Why don’t up tren to 2000mg weekly and anadrol to 500mg ED? I would add 20iu of HGH , 1000mg of DNP ED, some LASIX, something like 400mcg clenbuterol 2 days on 2 days off, 450mcg T3 , 400mcg T4, 1 box of Ephedrine Caffeine Yohimbine Aspirine ED, some Napalm, and I would do 4 hours cardio HIIT daily, would add some Cloprostenol and Methyl Tren too.. and then some skydiving without parachute

Thanks for the feedback gents. Yeah I know my goals are lofty, and I don't think I'm a genetic freak at all, but I'm still going to give it my all. As far as my diet is concerned, do you see anywhere I can improve what I have laid out? I know it's not super detailed and pretty generic, but I'm trying to keep things simple and balance my life with meeting my goals.

I'm on a TRT regimen and I stopped working out for a while due to life circumstances and COVID-19.

I know I made a duplicate thread, but I'll be posting in this one from now on, so thanks for taking the time to chime in and give some insight.

Update: Yesterday was a cardio only day, as I donated blood and didn't want to exert myself afterwards. I also ate less carbs, and my caloric intake was lower due to not having a PWO shake.

Today, stretch/cardio/abs this morning as scheduled, was a breeze. Did cycling and kept my heart rate between 125-135 bpm. I really enjoy waking up early and getting this out of the way as it allows me to clear my mind and ponder my day. Also, I get a chance to listen to new music and add songs to my playlist while I'm doing the cardio. I'm big into music while exercising, as it really gets me pumped and sets a certain tone.

I was a little behind schedule today but I managed to get into the gym about 1:45pm and hit chest/tris. To be honest, I didn't have the greatest lift session, as I was pretty depleted, and I also felt decently winded during most of my straight sets. I warmed up 10 minutes cycling before lifting, which I only normally do on leg day to get things in motion, and I think that set my heart rate up a little high going into things. So, I took a little extra time between sets to make sure I had enough oxygen to actually finish my working sets.

Even though I was a little depleted and tired today, I still felt really strong in the gym. My pumps weren't insane due to low glycogen stores from eating low carb yesterday, however I still felt like I could life all day, my endurance was through the roof. I can only attribute this to the drol/tren. It's a really interesting combination, and coupled with the high test, strength is pretty unreal. I have to make sure to pace myself as not to acquire injuries.

My left bicep has had a little tingle/tightness to it for the past month or so, due to, I think, holding my baby son on that one side consistently for long periods of time. I'm considering ordering some TB-500/BPC 157 to aid in recovery. However, I'm not certain about doing this, as some days it doesn't bother me at all.

I will post a picture when I get the chance to. I'm probably between 17-20% roughly. So yes, not a lot of mass, but even if I could stay between 195-200lbs by the end and be shredded, I'd be very pleased with this cycle. Is maingaining a real thing, and if so, wouldn't I need to eat slightly more calories than I currently am to attempt such? Honestly, I just want to be shredded, no matter the weight at the end.

How much crack did you smoke before you typed this out? :rolleyes: 1 gram of tren a week......fucking idiot!

Please explain to me why the fuck you think you need 1500mgs of test per week and 1000mgs of tren per week? You really need to give your head a shake and think about your future health. Seriously you don't need more than 600mgs/ew of combined gear. Less drugs, more effort and more knowledge!
