Slicin' and Dicin' into the summer

What was your reason for starting trt if u don't mind me asking?
Sure, I don't mind. I've spoken about it before, either publicly or privately here, so I don't mind.

When I was younger, back maybe 9 or 10 years ago now, I was in a rollover car accident. It was a really bad one, I wasn't driving, of course. We rolled I think 4.5 or 5.5 times, and slid for a considerable distance (the Ford Escape was about 50% the starting height when we were finished sliding). Anyway, at first there appeared to be no damage to myself, or her, whatsoever. Some glass in my right arm, but that was it. As time went on, and honestly I have no idea why it took so long for us to realize the correlation, I was developing terrible lethargy. I had no sex drive, no desire to workout, no desire to really do much at all. I started to -somehow- start researching testosterone and it's effects. I was convinced I had low T, however I went to 3 different docs and none of them bought it, as I didn't look deficient and was young. Finally, I convinced a friend of mine, who is an OBGYN, to run a male panel on me (I didn't honestly know you could just walk in and do it yourself at the time). Well, my test came back at 120ng/ml... It should've been around 700-800 or so.... Shocked, he sent me to an endocrinologist to learn more. He did bloods again, and my test then was at 70... What's very strange is, all my other hormones, were in range... GH, estrogen, etc. were all fine, just my test was crashed for some reason. Now, remember, at this time I still knew just about nothing about TRT and test in general, just that I felt like shit. So, the doctor devised some theory that I damaged my pituitary gland in the accident, and somehow only my adrenal was producing testosterone (which he said amounts to around 100ng's/ml of your total) and the testicles were shut off from some sort of trauma from the accident. He said 'If you want to feel better, we should get you on testosterone." Well, I did a shot that day in his office, and I've been on it since. He didn't once mention HCG, clomid or trying any other treatment first, and I wish he did. But, now after being on for years, and years, I've accepted it. I still get bloods done, and all other hormones are fine and in range. You sort of come to terms with the fact that maybe you should've pursued other opinions, and now you're stuck on TRT... However, I wanted so badly to feel normal again, I just went for it.

So, there's a story for ya... Haha.

Did they check your LH and FSH when they originally checked your hormone levels? If it was a problem with your pituitary they should have been very low. Hopefully they did an MRI of your brain because a tumor could also cause that problem.

Oral.... I would try the injectable, I just went for the oral out of convenience.
You are looking pretty beasty in your avi. I have some catching up to do. The down time from surgery has set me back like a mofo. I was trying to hit 215 at 10%bf by spring, but that's going to be tough.

I figured by the dose. I'm probably going to end up running the injectable superdrol I've got in the next few weeks depending on how they go. I'm doing a mini blast of all the extras and leftovers I've got and trying to paused bench 405 and squat 495 in sleeves in the next 4-6 weeks. I'll add the sdrol at the end if I'm not making the progress I need to be.

What are you noticing from the oral strength, size and side effect wise?

They did not do an MRI, as I'm sure they should've.... I would assume, by now, it's not a tumor.

Rand Mcclain might be able to vet you off if you ever want to. You should look into him.

For those of you who were wondering/curious, here is the diet/protocol for the current "add lean mass" phase of this program. It will be tweaked, as needed, of course.

Get a device to monitor BPM and just do the cardio outside. Get out of bed, pin growth, and do some steady walking outdoors keeping BPM steady for 20 minutes.

I much prefer this approach because upon waking you are more fasted than you would be in the afternoon which will further benefit lipolysis with the GH and cardio protocol.

This is exactly what i do, and have had fantastic results.

Subbed..... Late as usual [emoji17]

How do you guys suppress your appetites? I'm fucking DYING over here going from 7200+ kcals to ~3200 kcals......

Im having the complete opposite problem lol... I went from 25-3200 cals per day on cut, to trying to eat 5-6000 a day and fuck am i having a hard time eating cause im just not fuckin hungry.
When i first started my cut i had the same issue as you, but after a few months it just became the norm and very easy.
Stick with it Wunder, it gets easier as you go.

Try steroid hormones used for aids patients originally. They likely will help with appetite to assist negative effects of muscle wasting
