Slicin' and Dicin' into the summer

Fuck it I'm in. I hit grams too so wtf I'll be Grams Jr.

Well Mr. Grams hopefully one day when I get to that level I'll hit GH/slin. But at this point I'm just gramming it lol. Feeling good at 265lb. No sleep though and today I realized I need a heavy carb meal before my workout or else I'm dead.

Next blast is going to be 2 grams of Cyp and perhaps a small amount of Deca to keep the joints lubed. I've been running NPP on and off since November and that helps with my a/c joint separation from my accident.

Looking good though. Lean as fuck and capped shoulders.

Still recovering from this gay ass bicep injury, but, the GH seems to be taking full control over the situation. TB500 maybe, too? I don't know. Something IS working. All the blood is gone, swelling is GONE and pain is GONE! But, mind muscle connection is TERRIBLE and there is literally no strength.... I tried curling just the bar, I could get a few reps in before my shoulders and right bicep took over. Sat down, did a few sets of 12 with 15 then 20lbs on seated DB curls, and called it a day for biceps yesterday. Just pushed some blood through. Had a REAL hard time connecting and squeezing at the top, argh.

Anyway, I'm still gaining weight, but maintaining a pretty lean build. I am here to, well at least attempt to show, it IS possible to add just lean weight to your body.


I have decided to kick all training into overdrive, and will be doing John Meadows new 28 Days Later training. It's 28 days STRAIGHT of hypertrophy training, no days off. I need something psycho like this, it's just the perfect timing. Today marks day one, this pic was yesterday, no pump, before I started my measly bar curls.

Curious what the breakdown is on that 7 day program.
Rep ranges, sets per day frequency for each bodypart?
General stuff
It seems to change every week. First week focuses on iso-holds, the next week seems to focus on drop sets. Honestly, I didn't read beyond the first 2 weeks.....
 
I strained my left bicep myself 5 weeks ago and still some pain but able to do 35lb curls. Still can't quite do pull ups yet but soon.

So I feel your pain literally.
 
Iso holds have always been some of my favorite techniques
Even on this "Sentinel" he has me using them.
You can isohold your way to size. Its a great test to see how much pain you can endure. I think thats why i like them so much

you know this already but, dont go to "hard" to soon on the bicep that got injured. A nice recovery is more important to be able to use it without pain from now on. Focus on healing so this injury so it doesnt lingure for too long. Or not heal ever...
 
Here is a pre-pump pic from the 23rd (this was the night I tore the bicep). So, I wasn't pumped at all, whereas the avi had a bit of a chest pump. Still adding weight, no loss in leanness, thus far. I'm up about 20 or so pounds... don't listen to the people who say you can't stay lean and high striations with using nandrolone and high test, it's DIET and E2 control.

Did you drop your test and up the deca to counteract the bloat?

As a gym junkie myself, i knew there was NO WAY you were gonna just sit and wait for that bicep to heal, dysmorphia kicks in and the mind see's gains disappearing and well...... We figure out some way to work that injured body part [emoji4].
BTW i been watching some Meadows videos and one of his seminars, im all in for this, thanks again , ive only done one WO so far but it was F'in great. Insane pump and sore the next day and thats kinda rare for me. Today, Back!!!!

I would have been back at it too. But @Wunderpus don't you think you should at least give ur bicep at least 2 weeks of no activity?

Yep, definitely "should have", no doubt. But, I don't always practice the advice I preach, nor do I always do things the "right" way, I just do it my way. It's an unfortunate curse of being so stubborn and hard headed. In some ways, it's worked out for me, in others it's hindered me. We'll see at the end of my days which one outweighs the other!

But, in all truthfulness, it felt great to drive some blood through my biceps. Nothing crazy. Sure, I could've hurt myself worse, but I was VERY, VERY, careful.

I had a torn forearm tendon from cast iron pipe stack work when I was 18 and at the time I just didn't care about it... it took like 3-4 years to fully heal because I kept reinjuring it. Even now I can't curl with a barbell just dumbbells and for the most part my grip gives out on me.

I understand, I do. I'm not saying what I did is right, or wrong, who really knows? But, I didn't hurt myself. I've always worked injuries slightly, up until there's a bit of discomfort, then I lay off. In nature you wouldn't have you arm in a sling, you'd still use it here and there in order to survive. Add up the 15-20iu of GH I am running along with the TB500, I am healing at a remarkable rate.
