How concentrated can I make a solution with just straight PEG300 or PEG400 without the need for DMSO or Ethanol? I’ve seen people do 1mg/mL with only PEG 400 but not sure how far you can go. Would like to avoid Ethanol or keep it low compared to PEG.

For megadosing, would it be better to make capsules? Or still stick with PEG to prove bioavailability?

I dont know the answer to this but I've seen 1 gram dissolved in 100ml of PEG400.

It was mixed in and heated, I think, in the 140F range for a short time until clear.

I made this:
Inject 15%BB and 85%EO with 5mg per ml
But i think you can try 10mg/ml, next time i will try that also. 5mg Was easy to dissolve in the bb.

Do you inject that subq or im? And has it been stable unrefrigerated?

Im, 1,5ml per day. Yes stable at rt. I guess you so also 15bb 35eo and 50mct, but i dont know and i have no Problem with eo...

EO is probably better than MCT if you can stand it since it absorbs quicker. Unlike with steroids where you want stable levels with less spikes, with SLU I would think you want a spike.

you single handedly got me down this rabbit hole mentioning your slupp dosages in another chat forever ago now. I've been reading backwards through these pages. Have we gotten to a point there is a definitive recipe for oral solution or injectible? PEG400, DMSO is the oral recipe I was directed towards and injectible involved Propylene Glycol, PEG400, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Alcohol. At this point my brain hurts, I messed up a homebrew batch recently now im paranoid and stuck in paralysis by analysis...

Uhhh tbh bro, I would just rather eat the SLUPP than take a bunch of ethanol or PEG + DMSO with it. But I was using 200mg per day so that wouldn’t even make sense to do a suspension with IMO. I just capped some by hand when I had spare time for the next week or two.

Regarding injectable, uh, I don’t like the idea of injecting PEG and PG personally; it could be completely safe but never tried doing that and don’t see the need

I would look into mig840 as a carrier / cosolvent over those things it’s related to mct and glycol so has superb holding properties if you’re hellbent on injectable. Some EO too maybe. Idk. Gonna have to experiment and research or hope someone chimes in with a known formula

But I don’t have any advice for you on injectable haven’t attempted it and don’t plan on it.

yeah im not real into injecting anything thats not got a long track record I just like having info & knowing stuff. The oral solution had me more more excited for the ease of testing, so many frigging tablets and powders already in play an extra squirt or two in my mouth dont seem as annoying atm.

One research Chem vendor stated "75mg/ml will stabilize in straight DMSO. Brother I have ZERO expirence with any homebrewing involving orals, peg- whatevers , or dmso or w/e else outside standard injectibles.

I wasnt aware how gross DMSO can be also, im not real keen on anything tasting or smelling like rubbing alcohol. Powder it is likely! Thank you bro

The oral solution you just laid out seems reasonable. No idea if it'll actually hold as a solution but worst case you have a suspension.

You could always say fuck it and go straight to a suspension. Humco liquid suspension vehicle or something like that is what it is called. They have flavoring or you could probably use your own.

Humco was the first thing I was going to try pretty sure your the first person I read talk about it or this thread. But ive seen ppl complain about the dosing consistency. Raws are on the way I will have plenty to experiment. A consistent tolerable oral solution was my ultimate goal, but either way I think I can make something comfortable and convenient.

I havent dove deep enough into dmso to figure out what kind of dosages are impacting people or if im willing to find out. Not saying im committed to anything yet. I've just got a list of potentials basically to play with.

Thats going to be my first attempt, depending if I tolerate the dmso. It cannot be any worse then the weird hippy concoctions ive ingesting in the past.

Did this make a clear solution? Or a milky white suspension?

This was clear. Double dose totally failed. So 10mg/ml didnt work
