working out in the heat is a killer.. I consider myself an elite construction worker. I out work almost all of those around me, and take pride in doing so. When the weather starts to climb above 90 and the humidity is around 100% I can't handle it. A headache sets in I become nauseous and I'm donenEvery environment has its challenges. It can get pretty bad working in the heat /humidity here in the south. I built pools down here for years. Try being down in a 10' deep hole with concrete going off all around you giving off more heat and no breeze because your in a hole no shade and on a clear summer day we've had guys fall out. I've also done roofs down here ask Boston597 I think he mentioned about going from Boston to Louisiana and how much harder it is because of the heat/humidity. Not saying you Northern boys have it easy far from it I couldn't imagine living through one of those bad winters just saying it not all peaches and cream down here.
