Also do you get your binders and filler from a company already ready to press just add active ingredient or do you make your own? If so what is the percentages of compounds.

There are very few companies that make ready made binder. I will not disclose this. I hope you understand that for OPSEC reasons

We calibrate the die size in there and run a few test tabs of just binder first. Weigh the tab, and do the math of the total tab minus the active.
We have run enough batches through the press that we have the formulas down pat. We have testing done on pressed pills that show that the active is very close to the claimed mg/tab

You do know each active ingredient weighs different for size given. I recommend pressing 20 tabs of each compound only!!! I know not all will bind but they will be in some what hard form weigh them take average and then you will have a better dosing mathematical equation.

You can’t just say o each pill binder only weighs 180mg so let’s take 25mg off and add 25 mg provi. That will make your tabs underdosed. Cause of the coarser heavier active.

Also on the timing bar in the first pics looks to be powder on it? I could be wrong but still could be some sort of cross contamination. What do you use to clean your base chute and wheels

I'm not the brewer, and I'll be straight up about that. I have enough understanding of the process to answer most questions. What I do not know I will ask him and get back to you. So I'll do the best I can without talking to him. He uses a paint brush to clean all parts and get into corners after each compound. I do see something on that timing bar, and it may be powder residue? Hard to tell without looking at it in person.
He was in the middle of running a batch of var when I made him take pics. So he gave it a quick once over to make it look nice. It gets a thorough cleaning after each use and between compounds.
I do not know about the greasing, but I'll ask him.

I have a good feeling I may know who you get them from. If it’s ready press.

And that's why I won't say it in public. I have a feeling you may either work for them, for own a press of your own haha You definitely know more about presses than the average consumer.

That's a good point. I purge emails daily. I don't hold onto them for longer than a week to allow packs to land, and deal with any issues that may have occurred in delivery. However we will keep a log of the dates that the batch numbers went out to help us keep tabs on them. It's the beginning of an idea, and like any new ideas there are going to be bugs to work out. I think we have it down from our end though. I'm sure there are going to be guys that take advantage of it, but that's par for the course in this game.
What about something as simple as a small colored dot. There is enough colors in this pack to go through numerous batches before having to repeat a color. Pack of 6600 1/4" Round Color Coding Circle Dot Labels, 10 Bright Neon Colors, 8 1/2" x 11" Sheet, 0.25 in.

That's not a bad idea either man. Dot each compound from each batch and not disclose it in public.

So here we are..... at the road of uncertainty. Why isn’t the cook available for answering these questions right now? I would wake him up and show a pic of a green food grade greese tube ASAP.

I was under the impression your were the man/ woman of the organization. You know where you get your binder from but don’t know what you clean the machines with. And simply using a paint brush will not clean a TDP 5

We each play our own roles. I play mine he his. I am as open and honest with you as OPSEC allows. I do CS, Emails, and back end. He does processing. I know my wheelhouse well and he knows his. It works well, and I have never really had to horn in on his. I know general things about brewing and pressing like I said before. I'm not going to guess and pull answers out of my ass. That's not how I work. If I don't know the answer to a technical question I will ask and find out.

If you are going to do the batch thing. Just print on each bottle a batch number and if it turns out bad or something have the member write on a piece of paper the date and username and pic of bottle with batch number

You don’t have to keep records and if something ever arises you got a pic to prove and you can reimburse member

That’s still risky though having to keep track of who bought what dot? Unless you use code names but that requires record keeping
Yeah I mean everyone will know their bottles will have a color on them. If a batch comes out bad you snap a pic of the color you have and send it in for a replacement. If people are buying dots to swap out on bottles for free gear then their a fucking loser.

You'd be surprised at what lengths guys will go to in order to get a free vial or two.. I've seen it all man. If they put as much work into actual work as they did attempting to scam, they would get 5x the amount
