Mine currently 16 days no update.. my rep told me that the package has cleared customs so I'm not sure what the hold up is.

I’m also at 15 days with no updates from FedEx, other than “US, shipment information sent to FedEx.” Like you, my rep said the package cleared customs about 10 days ago, but noted there have been recent delays in processing. She added that the package needed to be extracted and scanned by the local logistics company.

Having said that, I know someone who was at the same timeframe as us, and he received his package yesterday with no updates from FedEx.

10/4 pretty much same story I'm getting!! We shall see how it unfolds, if have ordered a few small packs from several Chinese vendors this week just to see how they shipping goes..

Hopefully soon! I’ve got a few orders I placed after the one I’m waiting for from SRY; one from India (UAE post), and the other from a different vendor in China. Both of those are scheduled for delivery today. Not sure why the hang up with FedEx, especially considering it cleared customs 10 days ago. ‍

Because it came with the same batch as mine did and my luck has been poor lately with regards to shipping.... you are collateral damage to my BL.. sorry friend...
