I’m also at 15 days with no updates from FedEx, other than “US, shipment information sent to FedEx.” Like you, my rep said the package cleared customs about 10 days ago, but noted there have been recent delays in processing. She added that the package needed to be extracted and scanned by the local logistics company.
Having said that, I know someone who was at the same timeframe as us, and he received his package yesterday with no updates from FedEx.
10/4 pretty much same story I'm getting!! We shall see how it unfolds, if have ordered a few small packs from several Chinese vendors this week just to see how they shipping goes..

Hopefully soon! I’ve got a few orders I placed after the one I’m waiting for from SRY; one from India (UAE post), and the other from a different vendor in China. Agreed. Tracy had his shit blooming just by properly answering questions, usually followed (or lead) with a fuck you. I know some EU sources (like EUPharmaqo did last year) are doing great for the same reason. Opti answers within the hour even here on Meso, they are a top EU source.
If the gear has somewhat accurate dosing and isn't known to cause any serious problems post injection, it sells. Most people unfortunately do not give a single fuck about EO, especially 5%, shipping troubles, even contamination with other substances or floaters. They just wanna know, and not wait weeks for a price list.
All it takes is some transparent communication on a regular basis. I genuinely don't or can't believe none of these generic resellers have the capacity to answer email in 24-48 hours or have a google drive folder for a price list and FAQ.

I was getting impatient bit mine updated yesterday.. i sent Alan? A message on discord about the testing credit policy.. I guess he is the hammer swinger for these guys.. will keep everyone posted.. i am interested in testing some of these guys tabs...
