I love SS31. Gives me energy, mental clarity, and more cardio endurance.
The cardio endurance is what surprised me the most, since I haven't started MOTS-C yet.
I use my treadmill very infrequently. The times I do, I tend to know when it's time to slow down, due to me feeling out of breath or exhausted. Now, when my brain is programmed to 'take a break', my body feels better than it should, at that point.
Side effects: Not sure. I thought I didn't have any. One week, I upped to 4mg and felt exhausted at work the next day. Not sure if it was SS31, since I was running other peptides (like epitalon), but it hasn't happened again, after going back down to 2mg.
I'm really here to see if anyone runs it long-term. I like it that much. The multi-organ benefits, via repairing the mitochondria, are what draw me. And no significant side effects noted in the studies for Elamipretide (brand SS31).
