Could use some opinions on my first cycle.
Been building this idea for about a year and the moons lined up leading me to build this cycle-

5'9". 24yo. 165lbs. ~9%bf. Training ~3yrs

Looking to put on 10-15lbs of lean muscle that I can keep before my honeymoon in January.

Base: Test cyp 400mg/12 weeks
Proviron 25-50ed/12 weeks
Dbol 20mg ed/ wk 1-6
Mast E 400-500mg/ wk 8-12
Anavar 30-40mg ed/ wk 8-12

Week 15: Clomid 100mg + Nolvadex 40mg ed Week 16: Clomid 75mg + Nolvadex 40mg ed
Week 17: Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Week 18: Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg

Estrogen sides mitigation - Arimidex (if needed)

HCG - 550iu every 4 days starting 2 weeks before honeymoon

I know this will be quite the biological experiment. I've got everything I need and I understand the risks involved with stacking for my first cycle. It's not wise, but I want to look great for my honeymoon and I will have 3 months to do it. What do you suggest?

I will post pics as the cycle goes along! Will also share my experiences with the compounds as a noob who has not reached my bodies potential to begin with. Got a few months till I can start the cycle as I am overseas.. so input until then would be great!
 
Training for 3 years? Just no. On it all. But it sounds like you’re going to proceed regardless. No one here is going to to give you the answer you want to hear or the validation to go forward with it. You need to do a hell of a lot more research. No reason to run anything else besides the Test. You are potentially going to fuck your liver.

I would suggest dropping 50% of the orals (Dbol)

You dont know how you aromatise, just drop it

Bith Proviron and Mast E?

Why?
They do the same things for your hormones (Free test and SHBG) so there is zero purpose in running both.

Also, you're looking to bulk
Why add Mast?
You're already 9% bodyfat.

With the exception of using Mast for
A) Fighting side effects from something like Nandrolone
B) Contest prep and dryness (That nice grainy look)

The effects will be gone after your cycle, so it doesnt like up with your goals at all.

Try...

500 Test
40mg Var (Am/PM split) for weeks 6-12 only)
Proviron 50mg ED
AI as needed depending on week 4 bloodwork.

Running Test/Mast/Proviron/Dbol/Var on your first run?
Bad idea
You'll have no idea what's fucking you up (Probably the Dbol lll)

Or the mast (Some guys get cystic acne on Mast... RARE but it happens.)

If you EAT hard
Train hard and sleep well.

You'll be able to throw on the mass with that cycle I just detailed
 
Thanks for the suggestions! I think I'll definitely take some of the compounds out. I didn't post it but had the prov down to 20mg during the mast. I think I'll take the mast and the dbol out like you suggested.
I was hoping to get two cycles in before my honeymoon but got stranded out here in the desert with low food availability and no gym..
I think I emotionally want to cram too much into the cycle but I'm not trying to fuck myself up. I'm heeding y'all's advice

I have q tendancy to agree with @Rival about time on the weights
But I wont judge or scold, you do you

Just the compounds are out of control lol
 
I've been in and out of the gym my whole life.. generally pretty damn fit and into MMA and intermittent weight training. Going for more of a bodybuilding physique through the past couple years. I don't plan on running another cycle for a few more years but am hoping to get to my max potential quicker and hang out there after this cycle.

glad you listened. You’ll have amazing results with just the basics. Stick around, read and you’ll be very successful. You can always save the other compounds later down the line when you’re a bit more advanced and know how your body reacts. Don’t forget to get bloodwork and keep that for reference. Congrats on the marriage, everyone will be blown away if you do it correctly.

If you've trained for three years and are actually 9% bf and weigh ~160 you already look good unless you are lying to us all
 
I look alright and admittingly am probably hanging around 10-12% since the gyms closed... I'm hoping to stay between 10-13% and put on 15lbs in the next year.
 
Any updates on your cycle progress? Have you received the gear? Finalized your cycle? Started blasting?

I agree with most everything that has been said already. Starting with multiple substances is a very bad idea, because if you have any gyno or other side-effects such as polycythemia or whatever it may be, you definitely would have a lot of trouble figuring out which substance caused the side-effect(s) and therefore you’d be forced to stop everything. Personally, I have always suggested starting with Test-only or Test + Dbol/Var as your first cycle. Test-E @ 500mg/week +/- 20-40 mg Dbol ed for 4-5 weeks is my go-to for beginners. You have to know what your body likes, how it responds to the AAS and even the PCT products you put into your body. Personally, I never have had problems with gyno, acne, overly-aggressiveness, etc. my cycles run pretty clean and I still stick to the basics such as Test-E @ 600mg/week + Dbol 50mg/ed + EQ 400-600 mg/week and my PCTs have varied as part of my fine tuning process to see what works best. You need to feel out the process and do bloodwork to help guide your cycle. You are very wise to be taking the advice to heart and actually be willing to change based on this advice. Your experience in the weight room will help you immensely, becaus many beginners tend to get a high off of their gains and they drop-off to a low when their cycle ends and their gains diminish and sometimes they quit going to the gym altogether or quit their PCT mid-way through. You must be willing to push yourself harder than you have ever done in your past in order to receive the maximum benefits from your cycle! Best of luck, my friend.

I decided to go with 400test cyp/ wk, 50mg proviron/ed, and I'm starting the cycle with 20mg dbol/Ed/6 weeks and ending it with last 6 weeks var@ 30mg/Ed. I have arim to battle any sides.. I've done a short dbol only cycle (I was a dumb ass freshman in HS) and didn't have any bad side effects. Due to injury I was only on for about 2 weeks. I'm hoping my body reacts similarly because gyno didn't seem to be an issue for me then and I didn't pct, but then again I wasn't dosing too high (I think around 20mg for only 2 weeks)
After a few weeks I'll start my PCT and I have clom and nolva as well as some hcg dosed high at first and staggered low.
Does anyone have an opinion on if I should stay on the prov the whole cycle?

I'll keep everyone posted on how things go and I'll get some pics up before and during the cycle! Still open to suggestions before I blast. Been lifting hard going into this cycle so I'm pumped to see how it all goes. I'll get bloods beforehand too and post my before and Afters.

I will just add one quick comment - Before you get your blood work done I would go to the forums and search for the protocol that has been written on how to properly get your labs drawn. It will tell you the timing necessary, how often, what you need to do before
hand, etc. It will help keep the samples as comparable as possible. Also, just as a bonus I would definitely look to see if your supplier has any sweet deals for getting your bloods done and posting them. Many suppliers offer reimbursement or some kind of free gear or incentive to have your bloods drawn and posted, but these have to be done the exact way they like, but it's definitely worth it!

I haven't weighed myself in about 6 months out here at this fighting position. I haven't been working out as much as I would like to either (average 3-4x/WK). Don't get very nutritious food. When I get back home should I go hard for a month before starting my cycle or would that just be wasting time before my honeymoon (which is in January)?
Also would you suggest finishing my cycle right up against my wedding/ honeymoon or finish it like a month before it so my body can self regulate (which would put me doing PCT during my honeymoon).. curious on your thoughts?

My thoughts on this is that if your planning to pct on your honey moon, I’m just hoping that your shit starts back up fast enough so that your dick works on your honeymoon, that would be unfortunate if it didn’t.. maybe include hcg in your pct to get things going quickly, and give it a month out. Alternatively.. keep running the cycle through your honeymoon?
