I haven't weighed myself in about 6 months out here at this fighting position. I haven't been working out as much as I would like to either (average 3-4x/WK). Don't get very nutritious food. When I get back home should I go hard for a month before starting my cycle or would that just be wasting time before my honeymoon (which is in January)?
Also would you suggest finishing my cycle right up against my wedding/ honeymoon or finish it like a month before it so my body can self regulate (which would put me doing PCT during my honeymoon).. curious on your thoughts?
I'm hoping to gain 10 lbs of muscle that I can keep - I'm guessing I'm about 160lbs right now at 5'9"
Jesus. As if a wedding isn’t enough you want to go and fuck with your hormones straight up to it?? Why??? This is a BAD idea.
But if your heart is set on this, do yourself a favor. Get some test prop (it’ll sting a little more but it’ll kick in right away and be out of your system right away at the end). Do whatever you need to do to get your mind right for an intense 8 week cycle.
Give yourself at least 5 weeks at the end to make sure PCT works. So start the foolery about 13 weeks before your wedding.
