0.2-0.25 mL sub-q gives me 3 hours of clean energy before fading away. Not much of a come down, be mindful of your dose if you have ingested an unusual amount of caffeine.

Same as the other recommendations I use 0.2-0.25 preworkout and I like it. No come down and it allows me to take a break from my high stim pre. I alternate 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I do get the shakes pretty good sometimes, not every time, but it only last about 15 mins. I take it right before I leave for the gym.

Fellas, I’m looking to get some var for the wifey. We are just about running out on her 10mg pills. I see Stan has 10mg of liquid suspension var. I’m about to put an order together and I’m torn between the liquid suspension vs. eyeballing breaking up the 50mg capsules.
Question 1: does anyone know how liquid suspension affects uptake time? Presently wifey will take her dose 2-3 hours pwo and we have that down pat. Just wondering in advance if the liquid suspension is shorter?
Question 2: how is the liquid suspension ingested? Just draw it up and squirt it in? Taste? Can’t be worse than my stinky loads right?

Risky biscuits if you ask me for your wife. I’d think you want the most precise dosing for her seeing as 1mg off is 10% dose increase but that’s just my opinion, on eyeballing caps.
I’d absolutely say the liquid has faster absorption if say 30-45 and it’s absorbed, depending on pre workout meal timing. You may also consider researching sublingual dosing when using liquid suspension, in theory you can use less and get the same blood serum levels.
The liquids are drawn and swallowed. I forget what Stan uses as a liquid oral carrier but Humco is common and it tastes decent.

@TheAngryHog I use the 30mg suspension and have really liked it. I just pull it up in a syringe and squirt it in my mouth. I take it 30-4/ minutes before workout and it works like a champ.

Thank you. Wifey has taken 20mg of var before and no sides, also pinned primo for a time, got some dark hair on back of her leg but that’s it. So it doesn’t concern me a ton re: dosing being off…
However, your point about sublingual dosing resulting in greater uptake does need further investigation on my end, because I have definitely have read that oral pill bioavailability was significantly less than IV, I think the study was actually involving var…Obv IV admin is not sublingual but you’re right I need to look into that before it goes into my wife’s body. Based on your reply and the users above (and what I suspected), wife could put it in her pwo shake and it should be good. She usually goes in the sauna and/or makes a slutty insta post after we drink the shake in the car, so timing should work out. Thanks for your reply.

Yeah when I use liquid suspension, I let them sit under my tongue for 5-10 minutes. Since it’s already in powder form essentially something should absorb, worst case scenario is it’s doing nothing and I still swallow it, lol.
I know a lot of guys hate on YouTubers here but, Vigorous Steve and MPMD have videos on sublingual orals. If you wanna check them out.
If she’s able to handle that much var then being off by a mg or two won’t be bad at all.
