When getting my bloods is it necessary to also get free testosterone? I've never gotten the free test..I can't find a test that's not $180 that includes free test. The last one I got from labsmd was the male one for $70 only had total test.

I’m curious, could you take a magnesium supplement? Or is topical a better delivery system?

Magnesium chloride is the best. Applied topically it raises the serum values very quickly.

Magnesium ingested is not absorbed very well and can cause side effects such as watery shits also known as diarrhea.

Most your laxatives on the market use a cheap form of magnesium to help the bowels move. So I highly suggest using topical magnesium.

Also, most men are low on magnesium to begin with. Adding in vitamin "s" and working out etc only lowers this mineral even more in the body. Magnesium is responsible for over 300 functions in the body so if you aren't supplementing with magnesium already I would highly suggest to do. One major benefit to magnesium is also the potential to lower blood pressure, which in today's world most men need this.

I’m sure your aware that you get bloods for the sake of knowing your overall values, in particular CBC, CMP, Lipids, etc. Getting either of the Testosterone values, in my humble opinion, really serves 2 things: (1) you learn over time to establish what your baseline Test levels are; in other words how sensitive you are to a particular dose. And (2) assuming you have established your baseline, you can use that as a benchmark when testing you and new UGL.

Free Test values works the same way ie establish your sensitive baseline. What’s fascinating to see is when you run other compounds, such as Mast, you can realize the synergy between compounds.
