Wow, since when is asking for your money back unthoughtful and disrespectful? I never dissed him or his business practices. I have been more then patient and compassionate during the last 5 weeks, yet I was never offered a refund. I’ve never posted anything publicly about my issues with SP until today.
He’s bed ridden so I figured a refund might be the easiest way to handle this.
I don’t give a fuck about what you guys think! The only reason I posted is because he said he would get back to me and hasn’t.
Soon as I posted this he did. It was the same BS about his email not working. SP and I went through this whole two emails problem weeeks ago and now he’s just repeating himself with the email issues.

It's just how you came across man. Your feelings are justified, confronting the situation is justified, I'm just big on treating people with respect especially when there in a tough place. Of course you should get your refund. My only issue was just the way in which you said it. I would've said something if he was a jerk to you

Without proper communication it makes things very difficult! When I hadn’t heard back, once again and was updated in a public forum rather then personally I kinda got a little irritated. The only disrespectful thing about my first post was saying “wtf?”
I can see how you guys could take that as being un compassionate. That couldn’t be further from the truth even SP can vouch for that. I would just appreciate better communication in the future until this issue is resolved.

Yes, your right. I should have offered refunds. I'm sorry. My head just isn't in the right place at the moment. The first time i went to the hospita when i got back homel i thought it would be a few days until i was able to walk again and then i could get packs out. But i got worse, not better and was rushed to the hospital where i am now. I've been back in hospital now about 2 weeks. This is all very, very emotional for me and apologize if i haven't handled this exactly the way i should. I would like to handle this the best way that works for you. I'm very sorry for this and i appreciate your patience. You have been very cordial and patient and i thank you for that.

Alot of times even if you're out sized, if you're drastically more conditioned the judges will award that. It takes alot of suffering to get there

Though it was a tad "insensitive" the way you worded it, the show must go on and i think you're in the right to request a refund.
People say it all the time, "a source is not your bro" i don't think any source should feel that their customers are one either.
