Sorry, sir. I've been having some issues (non stanford related) for the past few days. Just so everybody knows i will be dealing with this personal situation this upcoming week so this upcoming week will be rough. Anyways, on to your situation. I think it's best to handle it here in the open for full disclosure. I order my labels and they come in large sheets. 99.9999% of the time each sheet is only one product. I hand label each product. This gets very monotonous. I only do one product at a time. So, in labeling the test e, at the bottom of the sheets of lables the product switched from testosterone enanthate to trenbelone enanthate. I was just chugging along labeling the test e and didn't notice the switch in labels on the sheet. This has happened to me once before. In this instance i had 2 people bring it to my attention. It was, without any doubt, what happened. But.... I've always been of the mindset that a few dollars were not going to get in the way of my integrity. Your peace of mind and your satisfaction means more to me than a quick buck. So i say, reach out to me and i will make it good no questions asked. Well, unless they are questions to try and figure out what happened. Never second guess the customer. But just a few things to keep in mind. This is only the case with the tren e and test e. There's no mistaking the difference due to color. You can use if you choose and be confident that it is test e, but am willing to replace anyway for your peace of mind. Don't know what else to say other than I'm not perfect. I have made a mistake here and there, but try to go well above and beyond to make sure the customer is very good. Sorry for the error, my friend. Will get with you via email.
