Stims have a cross tolerance. So yeah, after taking amphetamine, you likely aren’t going to feel the effects of little ol Albuterol.
I would be careful of simply taking more...
Alright man, call me an alarmist if you will, but I think it was an absolutely horrible idea to be adding this or any other stims on top of a prescribed amphetamine.
I do not take Addy but know a few folks who are both prescribed adderall OR use it recreationally and I would be concerned about those folks taking Dragon's Blood with it (I have used Dragons Blood).
Be careful, dude. Not worth having a scary medical incident chasing a boost from additional drugs.

I concur...I’ve taken Adderall XR several years ago in the past when I was studying for my GRE. Any case, I don’t recall what is the highest prescribable dose, but I was take that much daily. I distinctly recall this one time I took it on an empty stomach and then drank a tall glass of coffee. Dude, my heart was racing a mile a minute and I became light headed like never before../and I had been taking Adderall for some time. So I wasn’t new to it.
With Adderall you become desensitized to its effects and require either a “drug vacation” or upping the dose. As long as you’ve been taking it, and if you didn’t take breaks to re-sensitize..could explain why you thing you don’t feel the affects of dragons blood.
As others have said, be fucking careful. I have been on Dragins Blood @ 2 weeks now. @ 3 ticks and it’s just right, @ 4 tickles my hands are shaky practically all day.
