You are probably most definitely not dude! I however am probably amongst the smallest on a forum like this! Super long and lanky but I'm working on it..
I bet most of us are smaller than we'd like to be. I've been stuck at 205 for a while, and at 50 years old the the gains come slowly even with gear.

I'm only about 10 years behind Ya dude and still its a grind... I haven't done a cycle in about 8years.. Back then my diet and regime were not where they needed to be and I drank to much.. Finally, I can say I'm doing it right.. But I've lost a step with the natural yearly lowering of my test levels.. I'm at that point where I need to pick up my game.. Haha!
 
Unfortunately we all get to a certain point where gains are stagnant. You need to access your caloric needs, hydrate far more, utilize nitrogen induced aminos or perhaps Cialis or anything to induce a pump.

I firmly believe the pump, over time will eventually feed and grow lean mass. GH is another possibility to add. GH will grow new muscle cells, while AAS will swell those "new cells" up. That's how AAS works in layman terms.

AAS swells existing muscle cells. It can't grow new. Food for thought.

Totally true! Since I smash my bcaa in my nitrogen induced pre workout my pumps are crazy.. Only issue is I wish they held... I'm drinking 2 gallon h2o a day for the most part...

Been utalizing some Jeff Cavaliere athlean x workouts as well and got some decent results... Any you guys think that guy is on gear? I mean sometimes he looks ridiculously shredded and other tmes he doesn't look that big... I can never tell with the shorter guys but at his age I would suspect atleast something..

While we are "on" high dosages we tend to hold onto more water/glycogen and blood. While "off" or "cruising" you do lose a small amount. We all have our moments we eat just right to incur that nasty pump or sometimes we wake up flat...

Women have it worse.... lol

There are some theories that say since trenbolone has such a dramatic effect on igf-1 that it can actually alter genetic makeup. Meaning, you can surpass some genetic limitations -- in theory. But, I think some of us can surprise ourselves with simple alterations to form, intensity (in the form of percentages of total output), and diet.

You know me better than most on here and have seen my progress, so I can tell you that a lot of that "bro science" that people advocated during the nineties seems to be working wonders for me. But again, it completely depends on each person's physiological response to stimulus. It is all a guessing game to some extent. There are some basic fundamentals but quite a bit comes down to genetics and learning our own, unique physiological responses. Although, I heard that if you join the Jym Army, the gains will appear like magic!

I eat like a fucking horse.... makes a world of a difference too. If I don't carb up right 315 can feel like 500lb. I feel heavy as fuck but I'm still doing bodyweight dips with 45lb plate and pull-ups 10 reps...

After Christmas and the new year I'm going to cut or just keep going. All I know is I feel like a Brick Wall.

Thanks Brother. I haven't even been able to fully commit to this. I hoping soon my life settles down and I can come back after this cruise and really do some damage. As of now I'm just banging out heavy triples/12-20 reps/supersets/drop sets and eating everything and anything.

Cialis/and 20 rep sets really helped a lot.

Ya I been using 10mg cialis ed to help simmer down my bp... this dhb has my shit pretty high. I'm very familiar with 20 rep sets. Lately I've been focusing more on development rather than strength. I can press the 140s for 10 on flat dumbell press but I feel like my chest is still not that developed. So I'm focusing more on strict form and pumping the blood Lately!
 
Seriously? Gotta have curves man. Either thick or from muscle. I dated a 130lb girl once, it sucked.

And as for in shape, I've had several girls 170+ who who were lean /visible abs. Just a matter of having muscle on them

Dated a girl that was 170, super fat ass and stomach was pretty lean for 5'8. Now the girl I'm with is 5'9 at 155. Body is fucking perfect.

Im still scared of hgh...seems difficult.

HGH is probably the easiest pinning you will do. Hard part is not letting the BAC water piss into the vial like an alcoholics bladder after a night of tap and shots. Have to allow the BAC water to slightly drip down the walls of the vial onto the freeze dried puck. Other than that. Pin in the morning or night. Or choose a schedule conducive to your goals.

Slin Pin into the side laterals, belly fat, love handle fat or IM.
