Looks like I'm gonna have to cut this cycle short... got all my blood work back and my cholesterol is fucken crazy high... 340 , triglyceride were high even after fasting and liver enzymes were elevated slightly.... bummer.... time to get in cut mode and get that diet back on point...
Thinking of using the trt blend and then adding clen and t3 closer to summer... shooting for 7% bf by june...
Any thoughts? I feel like the primo and cup combo would be perfect for cutting

Certain gear and length on cann realy mess with your lipids. Take the good with the bad, diet and at least a STATIN to help out

@BigRed91

Must haves on tren for me...
1) Fan next to the bed
2) Easy Naps tea (personal preference cuz wife used it while preggo)
3) ZMA’s
4) Early morning cardio
5) Avoiding naps! (Hard for me cuz I can pass out anywhere at anytime)

Another thought to ponder is when my pressure is elevated, my sleep suffers. Monitor your b/p and keep it under control. My body will not let me sleep deeply and I’ll get insomnia if I’m elevated. Orals do this to me the worst so that’s why I take them in the morning instead of spreading them out throughout the day.
I'm running tren right now at 600mgs a week and can't do any cardio at all. I get winded having sex. Afterwards I'm huffing and puffing like a 5 pack a day smoker.

I used to be like that but I think I’ve build up somewhat of a tolerance. No cardio issues that I can really notice anymore, but I’ve used tren for 15 years on and off.

Most high cholesterol can be controlled with fiber. I'd say a large percentage of people in this lifestyle pay attention to their macros, but neglect their fiber and micro nutrients.
Amazon has a he Kirkland brand of benefiber super cheap. It mixes totally clear and tasteless. I throw a couple scoops in with my bcaas

You're right on with people neglecting it. How many guys when pushing high calories, say fuck this broccoli etc to save space for the "real" food?

If the average American is supposed to get something like 35g, I'd imagine with our diets we should be much higher. This is just speculation I do not have any studies to support this statement

I filled mine up to the 25. 100 being 1ml. Had me shaking pretty good.
Oh shit. Mine just came in and my wife wanted to try it out first. She took a shot this morning and I filled it up to the 10 mark
on the 1ml slin pin!!! No wonder she was racing around and jittery[emoji23][emoji23]
I’m pretty sure nobody has posted pics on what 2 ticks looks like so I really wanted people to know exactly what this dosing protocol looks like. It’s highly effective with this dose 3 times a day “ albuteral half life is only a few hours”
Or you can simply do it once in the morning with fasted cardio. That too is highly effective but requires more of a structured diet with discipline... Earlier I did 2 ticks pre workoutand im still feeling jittery. My workout was fuckn awesome I mite add!!!

Yeah I always suggest around 50g of fiber. FDA is always on the low end.

Also broccoli helps regulate estrogen, so more people in this lifestyle should be packing in the brocholli[emoji51]

Primo is the answer. Add a little var or winny at the end. Dynamite

Not only fiber, but HIIT cardio. Actually, cardio in any fashion (I just believe HIIT is superior). People tend to focus on macros, neglect fiber, and cardio when bulking.

There are also otc items that help with cardiovascular health in general. Garlic Extract (Kyolic makes excellent blends for specific purposes), Ubiquinol (what Coq10 turns into once digested), red yeast rice (contains statins and has clinical studies showing efficacy), and finally fish or krill oils.

@StanfordPharma does anyone know if he's gone MIA. I've done bussiness with him for about a year. It's unheard of him taking longer than a few hours to get back to a customer let alone 3 days. I worry soemthing happened...
