When giving your address to your source, give your 9 digit zip code. The idea is that it’s less sorting/time in the post office.

I think this is especially true when ordering international, but it’s a good habit anytime gear is being delivered.

Yea man. It's going around. I'm 5 weeks out now work and gym. I have a lot of bills. Me and wife make good money. But also have a lot of bills. I haven't gotten a check in 5 weeks. The poor girl is working her ass off just to break even. I'm hoping to be back at work in 3 weeks. But I should have disability checks coming in soon. Been a shitty year. In and out of gym.

Man I don't like hearing this shit from my fellow Meso brothers. WTF? I have one of my customers that I pull freight for. There fucking fork lift drivers are making 80k plus a year!!! Loading fucking semi trailers! They can't find enough people to actually work! They work 12 HR days and sometimes 7 days a week. Bunch of ungreatful pricks. I wish you guys the best. I've been there myself as most people probably have. I lost everything in 09' and filed bankruptcy. I couldn't get a 250$ credit card. Lost my truck "semi" which is how I made money then got a job with a friend doing landscaping to feed my family. Lost my house all my cars.

I'm not bragging guys. My point is I was at the lowest I've ever been in my life not that long ago. I had family buying my groceries and I was stealing gas from my land scape job just so I could come to work the next day. It was hardest thing I've ever done looking at my kids explaining why we had to move and why Santa wasn't going to bring many gifts on Christmas.

I made a promise to my wife and myself that I would NEVER put them through that again! In my mind I had failed as a husband,dad and man. A year later when we were finally able to somewhat pay our bills and found a house to rent and bought a $800 Honda for my wife to drive My wife lost her job of 8 years to budget cuts. I got kicked in the balls again! I wanted to give up.

8 yrs later I own a trucking company just hired my 7th driver. My wife just graduated school 6 months ago and is now a RN make great money with great benefits. I'm putting one kid through school to become a anesthesiologist. I'm debt free except a used pick up I just bought and I'll have that paid for by December and I bought some land cash to build our dream home. If you guys don't know who Dave Ramsey is check him out! He's changed my life! Give him a chance and I guarantee he will change yours!

Please please don't take this as bragging. My point is I've been to the bottom twice in 3 years. I had lost all hope and was on the edge of a nervous breakdown and well honestly I contemplated suicide. I feel your pain and struggle. Keep grinding my brothers and as most of us we are here for moral support. I found out you can't be a tough SOB all the time. Sometimes vulnerability is good. Sorry for the long rant but I felt the pain in your post.

Although I am not going through any major difficulty or financial problems, I have lost everything several times as well. I know your post was not meant for me, just wanted to say thanks for taking the time to post it for our fellow meso brothers.

Thanks man. We just had a rough year. First time ever since we got married in 02. I mean we have our saving account we haven't touched yet. And I should get 2 weeks pay this week so I think we are ok. Also should be back in 2-3 weeks. She's holding it down. Working 6 12s a week right now.

Most high cholesterol can be controlled with fiber. I'd say a large percentage of people in this lifestyle pay attention to their macros, but neglect their fiber and micro nutrients.

I've been planning on coming completely off in September because my wife and I are going to try to have a baby..... so I may have been a little overboard on this last run... had planned on 16 weeks of bulking, and due to being sick a few weeks I extended it a bit.... I've also always been really bad about the dirty bulk lifestyle.... dollar menu at McDonald's kinda dirty.... just not worth health issues... gotta change some things up

Do you know if hcg while on cycle and/or trt, maintains fertility or at least some percentage of it? Im on 500iu 2x week. I’m sure there’s a lot of variability among individuals, but just in general. I can’t seem to find good info on this, on this board the thought seems to be no it’s just cosmetic, but I’ve seen contradictory info elsewhere, the most credible info as a study or maybe review on one of the trt sites i think defy. Well I should find out soon anyway my girl and I are trying for one lol. But I’m really hoping to not have to go off trt to do so

I tried researching this stuff too and I didn’t find much info so I started experimenting. I was on trt and no amount of hcg or clomid brought my sperm count back at all. Making sperm is a 3 month process so I had to stop trt for 3 months, do one month of heavy hcg per the doc, and then she had me on clomid until conception. She said there was a chance the treatment wouldn’t work, but exactly 3 months after the treatment started and I was off trt, she became preggo.

Be prepared to get off all trt when you want to try and conceive. It sucks, but it wasn’t horrible and the result is obviously more than worth it.

I was hoping you wouldn’t say you had to get off TRT lol, Of course I will continue to try a bit more experimenting myself, if it doesn’t work I’ll go get a sperm count and get off trt as last resort oh an HMG, Did you tried that? I read that directly increases sperm count rather than just test like hCG does, but again haven’t seen Lotgood research on that.

My GRT dock will not prescribe HMG But are a few domestic sites that carry it, pretty fucking expensive but as you said the results could not be more worth it. and really not looking forward to coming off TRT Unless absolutely necessary

I didn’t try HMG due to price myself too. I tried hundreds of dollars of hcg and clomid with no result but couldn’t justify wasting more cash on HMG, at least making a half ass effort that is by staying on trt. HMG was next on the list of things to try if the fertility doc treatment didn’t work, but I luckily never had to go there.

I assume you mean while staying on trt? Enhanced chemicals has HMG in stock for What I think is a reasonable price,This is a peptide site though so I’m skeptical. I think I’m going to give it a try, wish I could get pharm grade but can only find it coming from overseas, May order some of that as well tho and try both.. i’ll post an update. But yeah need to follow her cycle.. If nothing else it makes for a fun week before ovulation

If anyone in the greater Boston area is out of work lmk. I know a few large companies that are always hiring and do recognize talent from within. They pay for education as well. These jobs would be in electrical and technology. You will work hard at the begining of the journey but the ability to transition is there. They are not union fwiw but rate pay is a reality on many jobsites as a laborer, so that helps.
