@Roger rabbit you give terrible advise. I did the 1,000 reps of calves you recommended and 20 minutes of stairmaster doing calf raises. Now the tendons on the back of my knees are in severe pain. I can barely walk. Hope you feel good about yourself:eek::confused:

Now your tendons will be strong like bull[emoji123]

Give them time to heal and hit it again. That pain is just weakness leaving the body. Man up[emoji51]

You’ve given a lot of advice on here buddy, but this comment is top 3 @Roger rabbit! Love it!
@Bigboy727 hang in there my friend. I’d look like I got hit by a car while walking after doing what you did to those poor calves. You’re a beast!

Carbs are lowered from the 11-20 this month then gradually increased last week I water load so 3 gallons a day mon tues wed. 2 gallons Thursday. Friday 1 gallon before 6pm then maybe a little sips here and there maybe 20
Oz show day depends on how I look

Sorry to hear about the injuries. Surgery? I have had my left bicep tendon done twice once at the elbow and once at the shoulder. Good results.

Yes I'm still at it. Knee is marginal which is an improvement!!

Are you still training regularly with the injuries?

Yup looks like surgery , bicep at the shoulder, and labrum. Kinda worried not knowing recovery time on labrum, dont know anyone ever had it done.
Cant work shoulders or chest but legs, back and arms are gtg.
Im actually thinking about giving PRP a try before surgery hoping to avoid surgery and have less downtime. Ill go crazy if i cant lift
