@Roger rabbit you give terrible advise. I did the 1,000 reps of calves you recommended and 20 minutes of stairmaster doing calf raises. Now the tendons on the back of my knees are in severe pain. I can barely walk. Hope you feel good about yourself![]()
Now your tendons will be strong like bull[emoji123]
Give them time to heal and hit it again. That pain is just weakness leaving the body. Man up[emoji51]
