Start of cycle 4/8/22

Hello everyone,
Starting my bulking cycle
500 test sus/week
300 NPP/week
Frontloading and backloading anadrol.

Pinned my right glute today popped 25 Anadrol pre workout.

Worked-out Quads today went great.

3 meals 8oz Chicken, 220g Rice, 1tbsp Olive oil
1 meal 3 Eggs, 1 Avocado, 2 sourdough toast
1 meal 120g Oats, 1 Banana
Pre workout 2 raisin brand bread with 62g cream cheese
Post 1 scoop protein
 
2nd pin this cycle right shoulder

Today was off day

Feeling good past days did shoulders&tri then back. 25mg Anadrol pre workout seems to not have give me any sides right now. Definitely feeling full and pumps are pretty crazy.
 
Start off week 3 feeling strong, weight is up 14lbs. No sides right now. Eating has been a 100% getting harder to get the last meals in.
 
Update

I have lowered my NPP to 200mg/w

Up 20lbs from my start weight. Lifting has been going great. Until this weeks leg day had right my right knee hurt really bad after leg press.

Diet has been on point thinking of doing some low days to get by body a bit of a back off before I wramp up again.
