Started Tesamorelin & Ipamorelin and I can't sleep, elevated heart rate

Yo

I started tesamorelin and ipamorelin about 10 days ago.. I can't sleep, and my resting heart rate has gone up 20-30 from like 62-70 to 92-100. Routine is 1mg of Tesa at bedtime & 200mcg of ipa in the morning, both subq injections. I tried changing to doing them both in the morning, and lowering the ipa dose to 150mcg, but it hasn't helped yet. Maybe I'll go down to 100mcg of ipa? I don't know...

I also started retatrutide, 2mg/wk at the same time, I wouldn't think that would cause the big increase in heartrate and kill my sleep, but it's possible, I've seen a couple of other people mention it.

Any idea what the likely cause is? Has anyone who has tried any of these peptides/substances had similar results/sides? My exercise has been fine, other than being tired at the gym from not sleeping hardly at all. Been feeling pretty miserable since starting all these

thanks, much appreciated

retatrutide
Not a super expert on glp1 but I believe that is associated with high energy that can verge on anxiety for some. I’ve seen complaints of it, but never done Reta personally. I’m sure others could chime in. @ShredSeason I think has experience with Reta.

I can also say that gh peptides and hgh itself jacks my heart rate up and crashes my hrv. After cycle it rebounds very quickly and is even better than before the cycle, but during gh peptide or hgh cycles those numbers get fucked for me. 1 month on and my hrv average dropped by 135ms to 65ms and my rhr average went from the low 50s to 75.

I don’t know about tesa, I did mod grf with ipa, but that shit gave me great sleep. However, hgh ravages my sleep if I take it too late at night, so I don’t think it’s out of the possibility that tesa and ipa could do similar to you.

Some threads with ppl talking about energy on Reta

Yeah after asking more people about it I'm pretty sure it's the Retatrutide causing the spike in heart rate, even at just 2mg, I don't think the tesa or ipa is affecting my heart rate, I think tesa and ipa are more known for helping with sleep, actually. So I will try going to 1mg per week on reta. I don't need to lose a ton of weight anyways, and I had a lot of success on tirzepatide last year at just 2mg (although bad side effects there as well, I seem to be really sensitive to these drugs), with Reta dosages normally being half of tirzepatide, 1mg might make sense. I think it will probably still affect my heart rate unfortunately, but hopefully it will be tolerable enough to use.

Thanks! I guess I can't delete this thread/question.
