Steroid Dealer Pays Austria One Million Euros to Avoid Extradition to USA

The United States government has had a major setback in their case against the mastermind of an internet steroid distribution empire that allegedly generated close to €40 million. In a quid pro quo arrangement with the Austrian government, Mihael Karner has successfully avoided extradition to the United States. Karner paid the Austrians €1 million to allow him free passage to Slovenia.
