Dear Sir, most of our packages ship with premium delivery, 7-8 days to US with a shipping success rate of 100% to US since 2011.
Recently, 4-5 days of delays for order processing were announced before dispatch.
Also, certain products were out of stock in EU.
This statement is FALSE Sir.
It was announced on all the 14 boards where we are members and you also get an AUTOMATIC message after your order is processed informing you about this delay.
Unfortunately, on top of that, Easter Holiday + Labor Day Holiday made things even worse, since April-May is our busiest period of the year and we're extremely overloaded.
We do ship from the factory also, production facility in Asia and we also have a third warehouse too.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO mention on our platform that you will always get your order from a certain location! You can choose a certain warehouse only if you get in contact with us first or make a mention to your order.
