I have my first order in with pcom store right now. I read up on them before I placed it and I knew there would be delays at the time I placed the order so I'm not really concerned with the longer T/A time. The fact that when anyone voices any kind of concern on this board , Darius or one of his reps responds to it in a timely manner, is actually very reassuring to me and a solid business practice in my opinion. One concern , or shall I say constructive criticism I do have though, is that on the pcom website you have the option to order some of the products ( amps ) direct from the factory in China at a lower price with the caveat that T/A will be longer but in this situation all of the products regardless of price are being shipped from China. I'm not trying to be a complainer or come across as bitching or anything. Just my two cents. Looking forward to receiving my pack soon.
 
I just cancelled my order with basicstero. I don't know if they all got arrested or died or wtf.

I just re-submitted my order to pharmacomstore.ws. I couldn't figure out if there's a way to get pricematching automatically, so I just put the basicstero invoice in my comments section. But my automated reply quotes me the price to pay before pricematching is considered. So I sent a PM to customer service to see if I did this properly. I guess I'll just wait to see if they send me a new price to pay or how it works.

I wish I had just stuck with pharmacomstore.ws in the first place but I thought I was going to save $50, so I figured it was worth a shot to try out basicstero. We live and learn.

Shiiiit... if this is the case count me in too. (except id lose my loyalty discount) Im trying to place an order as soon as that BC promo kicks in.

There is no need Sir to switch from BasicStero, they are not our competitors and they offer a great service and a variety of services/warehouses too, same as we do.

There are many circumstances where we even advise our customers to use a certain Basic warehouse and we always recommend them as the best alternative for purchasing our products, especially with all the counterfeited Pharmacom products on the market.


If it is small things being cleared up, why you bitching so vehemently? It's obviously a big deal to have you saying you feel ripped off. caveat emptor is all I have to say. I researched for months before buying from pc, read tons of anecdotal reports, read about darius, his price match, where he ships from, while also reading about tons of other sources. Spent easily 45 minutes a day just reading thru meso. Was there a bunch of bullshit? You betcha. But I'm injecting foreign substances, I'm gonna employ due diligence in forming my decision to make a purchase.

Not trying to be a dick or ruffle any feathers in so early in my tenure here, but quite hard to sit back and watch someone gripe about issues that are largely arising out of his own conduct. If I have the time and know how to make an informed purchase, so do you and any other.

Regarding this situation, ROIDB0Y was somehow entitled to have this position.
His products were indeed in stock at our PREMIUM WAREHOUSE and for some unknown reason my colleagues redirected the order to ship from FACTORY when there was absolutely no reason to do that.

He indeed also mentioned of having a previous seizure and wanted to use only premium warehouse for that cause.

I do not have access all the time to customer service e-mails but it's my job to oversee these processes so I take full responsibility for this delivery being redirected to a wrong warehouse.

ROIDB0Y was kind enough to accept our apologies and let us reship his package from the proper PREMIUM WAREHOUSE.

Sir, all products are in stock at our PREMIUM WAREHOUSE and you can have a transit time of only 5-6 days to US and 2-3 days to EU.
Amps indeed ship strictly from the factory, reduced prices.

Please do send me a PM with your order number.

However, order processing delays will still be up to 4-5 days after payment pick up till the end of the current month, we're extremely overloaded each year during March-May period.

I also hope @Darius PharmacomStore can help me out, I won't get into much detail but besides the already delayed timing of when my order was placed it looks like an addy issue has also come about according to the postal service.... Long story short maybe I'll get my pack 2/3 months after ordering, fuuuuck!

I know it must not be funny on their end to deal with, but it's a little bit hysterical to think about some guy at his house kicking and throwing things and cursing because he thinks he got rose petal oil or something. lol

They have so many new guys who are clueless posting up screen shots of tracking info, stealth methods. And even in the wrong pcom thread complaining about their order.

This was my first time ordering from Pharmacom and I thought my package was surely seized as it was right at the 7 week mark and no package. 3 weeks has been the norm for me in the past to CALI. I kept in touch with Vladimir after nothing arrived at 5 weeks and we agreed to wait and see - I tore my pectoral muscle and couldn’t train, so I was not in a hurry to get anyting but my Test order. At 7 weeks Vladimir said they would reship free of chrage. These guys don’t know me but somehow believed me, perhaps because of correspondence. Several hours later the package arrived! I quickly took a pic and sent it to Vladimir and told him it came. It is becoming rare in this world when people have personal honor and intergity and I was glad to work with these guys and will be doing so in the future.
 
^^I don't have extensive experience with them yet, but every interaction I've had with Darius and Vlad have been on the up and up. If they say they'll do something, you can count on them to follow through.
 
I really don't know what is going on, the fact that it's taken so long and now the post office is telling me that there's no address on the package just doesn't make sense... The site has the shipping address on there so either a "computer glitch" as no humans intervene in the process or the post office is full of shit... I really hope I don't end up fucked as I did my part.....
 
Put in an order through darius and it was shipped from Hong Kong, not sure why, and it was seized. What do I need to do to get my order re shipped and not seized this time?
 
The reason I ordered from Darius and not basic is because I didn't want it shipped from China so I wouldn't have to deal with this.
