You're a douche.
But not wrong. (About that particular facet)
If someone is walking around with a beer gut and taking AAS... it's pretty sad.
Show us your physique.
Detail your training/nutrition to be able to walk around at 7 or 8 percent year round.
Not kidding, would love to see what you're doing and what you're running to maintain that consistency
I am a douche, do not deny it. A relatively small (compared to most here) but lean duche.
No need to post pics as I don't need validation from random guys online or care if they believe that im 7 percent or so but I will post what I do
my last "bulk" I ended up 210, not fat to most here (as it takes alot or anyone here to admit they or call another are fat as we see, 11 percent is the standard here for being lean so I guess at 210 I was lean)...but not lean enough for me
never was impressed by the bloof balls at the gym the ripped guys always stood out even if smaller
so I said fuk bulking and cut down to 180 or so,,,,once your 7 percent of whatever its not hard to stay there you can bump up cals,,,,do some math,,,trial and error to find what keeps you within 5 lbs of your leanest
trial and error can find what calories maintain/weight/ state of leanest,,,for me its about 3k average
I bump them up to 3300,,,the scale actually climbs,,I drop them to 2700,,I lose wight and come leaner,,,but less full,,so for me about 3k is the magic number to stay 185 and about 7 percent
training,,just train hard, and intense,,,switch it up
bro split,,full body 3x a week,,ppl, ppl,,,,,,5 weeks of hard training then a week off
don't get crazy with the volume,,,make sure each set is hard to failure,,,fancy training routines fortitude and shit aren't needed
if you do a bro split,,,8 sets per part,,pick 1 or two (maybe arms, maybe delts) you want to bring up and add volume each weak,,10, 12, 16 sets maybe,,you will take a week off after 5 or 6 weeks anyway so don't fear over training
cardio? I like to do 30 minutes 5-6x a week,,,,am fasted
no idea if I would put on some pudge if I did less or didn't do it fasted,,I think the fasted is overrated but you can't go wrong with fasted cardio in the AM, and a bro split 5 on 2 off,,,keep it as simple as possible
the 3k calories just get at least 300 pro,,,50 fat,,the rest carbs,,don't need a meal plan,,,just eat good healthy food,,,,if your starving,,moves the feeding window back (intermittent fasting) or eat alot more of your calories from veggies to fill you up
use my fitness pal,,if you do IF and have a 4 hour feeding window,,you can eat more tasty food,,,hard to get 3k calories down in chicken breast and broccoli,,,if you eat your 3k from 6am to 11pm,,,then may want to use food that fills you,,,,find what works best for you so you don't hate your diet,,,at times I crammed my daily total in 4 hours,,a pre and post meal,,,at times I needed smaller meals,,,total calories are what matter but common sense eat a good bit pre and post workout
gear wise I do 500mg,,,test/tren...all test...test/drol,,,im not huge so don't need alot of gear,,gh 2iu helps,,,slin at times pre-workout to help with some size since your not eating a ton to drive size,,but thats the key to stay lean,,,accept your not going to blow up just stay lean and mean year around,,,this is after you've already built a decent foundation,,well a 185 one,,,not sure it would work for a 140lb guy who needs to add mass but id advise slow gaining over turning into a tub of lard then cutting,,the yo yo shit
hard training and figuring how many calories to me are the key,,once you have got lean,,,,always try to bump calories up and maintain your body fat but realize,,sometimes that 300 extra per day will add some Chubb so you may need to add cardio or drop calories back down,,,never fun to bump them up and then. have to drop back down, but it is what it is
