STOP INTERFERING WITH SOURCES BUSINESS

It's not negativity when you a retard is called out.

1st Because it's real.
2nd Because last time I checked, it's not forbidden to express an opinion
OK, is it an opinion or is it real?

Also you know it is real? How?
3rd Because I am not a liberal communist that thinks anyone owes me anything
holding sources accountable makes someone a "liberal communist"?
The opposite is true.

I'm also a "reseller" and Readalot is a "banned member", and people who have problems with chinese sources are "liars" and people who care about their health are pussies that think the source "owes" them something, well they do.

. Your personal attacks and attempt to disparage the character of the people most critical of these sources is again, makes you transparent.
Is this a state run forum that everyone should do as you tell them to?

I said anyone should vote with their wallet. So lay off the pipe and get a coffee
The particular words and phrases you use are exactly what a bad actor would use in an attempt to manipulate an American audience, but theyre a little off and don't quite fit the context you are trying to use them in, but you really wanted to use them.

"liberal communist"
"vote with their wallet"
"state run forum"

and "thinks anyone owes them anything"

well the sources do owe us something, and the point of this forum is to get it.
There is an expectation in a business transaction in the West, that is lacking in other parts of the world. I think you are from there and thats why you do not understand the criticism of these sources ethics

You must be a young lad, to need half a century worth of drugs.

Mind you, lots of them like you.

And not a single one a reseller.
Never.

Or someone who homebrews and sells truckloads of stuff.
Bonified drug dealers, they are not.
Especially the ones that come with some lacrimose story attached to it.
Just for personal use, of course.
A new hobby, and that's it.

There is this interesting word I have learnt recently: sadfishing.

I can’t really be arsed to debate the O/T of this thread (far too much drama on Meso of late as it is without my adding to it), but just had the say I chortled like fuck reading this!

I’m guessing that you’re a relative newcomer to forums in general & not just Meso, & that’s why you’re a bit surprised to discover the large amount of active members who are buying &/or brewing for resale?

Was being sarcastic.
But yes, I am certainly very new,
.
And yes, that is something I noticed rather quickly.
Have I been exposed to it, in my everyday life, in general?
No.

What I don't like is the hypocrisy of someone (a specific person I had in mind) criticising a member for reselling qsc, when it turns out they do exactly the same with what they make and also what they get from that source.
However, they pretended otherwise, just to make themselves holier than thou.
It's just my very personal reaction to not liking bullshit, whether it's irl or online.
Just say it.
Whatever.
It's not like nobody knows.

But also, @Zebedee you thought that was a stupid thing and so you picked on it, fair enough.
But there are so many more things worthy of your time, intellect and experience you could have commented about.

It would have been good to know what you make of the China goings-on, the dwindling and overpriced supplies, members defending prices rises and so on.
I am still trying to make sense of quite a few things.
A bit slow. Hopefully will get there with better formed opinions.

Thank you, though.
It's always good seeing you.

So by your logic, what are you doing
Also @bigMoJo , you do realize that your reactions to comments make you appear to agree with the comment you react to ...?
Liter,
Sure, I understand it could appear that way. It could also appear that I just "like," or "love," or whatever the emoji is.

In the context here, I read you're OP and liked many of the points you made. When Narta chimed in, I also liked his points. You guys went back and forth... I liked that too. Because... you both have a right to speak your mind, air you grievance, and even... make accusations.

You guys were having a valuable discussion. I did not pick a side, I "agreed"—as a read through the posts in sequence—as I think it's plausible both needed to be said, and both needed to respond.

To be clear, nether I, nor my "reactions," can or did say, one way or the other, that one of you is right, the other is wrong. It just meant you're both right to air it out.

Yes, that’s what I was laughing at, not at you.

It’s one of those things you don’t see discussed much, but a substantial proportion of the active member base here are reselling, be it local IRL or via other platforms. It’s part & parcel of forum culture & always has been.

As for the hypocrisy you mention - get used to it mate. In my experience of around 25 years on forums, the more established a member is, the more likely they’ll have fingers in pies & agendas, & the more likely they are to throw stones from their glass house.

Trying to censor what others on a forum say is a fruitless exercise that only serves to make the self appointed moderator suffer with impotent rage.

Here you go. Quiz tomorrow haha. We gotta figure out if the HPLC results are overestimates of actual Test ester purities. Reaction artifacts in the GCMS data?

Sleep well my friend.

Noooo! See my post above - i was laughing at your sarcasm! You really hit the nail on the head there!

Other stuff you mention -

China clampdown - wait & see is my take. I’m inclined to think it’ll blow over, but … wait & see.

Forum politics, whether member XYZ is / isn’t shilling, reselling, running a homebrew mini-UGL etc - honestly, as I prefaced my original post with, I can’t be arsed with it, sorry lass. I’m just jaded & cynical of people on forums after watching so many play games for the last 25 ish years & so I prefer to stay clear of it.

Genuinely sorry to disappoint you here - I’m pretty confident we’ll get the chance to discuss this kinda thing in the not too distant future though, when there’s less of a handbags-at-dawn drama fest ongoing!

I'm not "censoring" anything

I make threads advocating for consumers and thats such a hot take that you view that as "moderator" behavior?

Everyone should be advocating for the consumer instead of downplaying source problems in their threads.

Yes, dearest, I posted that before your reply.
Thank you.
PLEASE come back when the drama fest is over.
We need your precious insights.

Sleep well my friend.

Hands up: I clicked on the link, when you first posted it.

That thing is veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery long.
I only read the abstract and 2/3 of the intro.
Not even all of it.
Come Easter, I might get to the end of it.
What I will actually understand, remains to be seen.
Will try, though, deffo

Here I am trying to instigate and here you are trying to enlist me...oh brother. I may have to put forth some of my own sweat equity to help on your crusade if I'm going to inevitably benefit from it... I'll see what I can do.

This looks dense, ngl. I'm a finance guy, not a chemist, lol. Need some ...smart pills... for this shit.
