Great questions, unfortunately a disappointing answer for the latter!

Reship policy is simple, it depends on the warehouse and your location but typically if tracking does not update within 25-30 days (warehouse dependent) or if package is seized with seizure letter, we reship. Optionally the customer can opt-for store credit in cases of reshipment, allowing them to try different warehouses.

Missing items, damaged items, all reshipped.

India warehouse prices also aren't that great. Pct247 has better prices than you and is more established in the community. What incentive would I have to do business with you instead if your prices are higher?

I am sorry, I was not trying to be vague, it is why I posted the link to our reshipment policy instead. We have multiple warehouses and each has a slightly different policy. If you check that link it will/should state everything you need. We are flexible and so if our policy is found not to be competitive we will revise it.



Regarding pricing - As far as I am aware the prices are competitive however no problem, we offer a best price guarantee and will beat any established supplier by 5% provided we aren't in loss.

I will do better to be more clear with questions and concerns! I appreciate your feedback, it will help me to better serve you.

Just as you've pointed out, we aim to compare "like-for-like" products. While we do understand that there are various generics available, especially from different regions like India, our policy focuses on ensuring that we match prices based on the exact product specifications, including brand and reputation.

For instance, matching the price of Deus Medical NOLVAMED with Tamilong 20 by HAB/Signature wouldn't be feasible due to the different sourcing costs involved. We would be able to match Tamilong 20 to Tamoxican 20 (Healing Pharma).

We would not be able to match our US warehouse prices to a warehouse in India, but if is a competitor with a US warehouse with other India generics our US warehouse should be able to compete with them.

If you compare a lot of these prices you'll see that Dash, pct24x7, and this guy have their prices all over the map. One will be cheapest for one thing, another thing will be cheaper with another guy, and occasionally one will have a product for some absurdly high price.

Based on our research, our India prices were the lowest or very close not so long ago. Our hope is that with the best price guarantee we can stay on top of competitive pricing.

We do not believe the US warehouse to be overpriced when factoring in risk and quality of product. There are few suppliers from what we can see of pharma grade products serving USA domestically.
