It is great that you are loyal to a source, I am sure they are a fantastic source. My only response would be that all businesses compete and those without established trust need to attract customers in many ways. That does not mean our customer service is bad, on the contrary by automating so many processes we are able to provide an even higher level of customer service.

I hope one day you change your mind and trust us with your order but if not that is okay, it appears the source you have fits all your requirements!
