Strength Training Thread

    Just giving you a hard time. Whatever works. I like the program, but its because it helps me not think about exercises and just let my mind wonder. Gym time is my personal therapy time, so the less thinking, the better.
    Plus it forces me to raise weight when I mightve just stood still...

    Bro, are you a gentleman or scholar? It's personal time for me too. We must be related in generation past. All l I know is I'm strong as fuck, skinny without trying and still dropping dicks in the dirt from fags that check me out.
