And bro, the real reason you're not getting sore is probably because you are not working hard enough. By this, I mean you should focus on really pumping, contracting and stretching the muscle.
Overtraining is very hard to achieve, trust me. I work like a fucking mad man. What you say is high volume is probably my warm up... seriously. Im not saying do what I do, because my body naturally has an insane ability to recover. But overtraining really is not going to happen man.
Well yeah it could happen if you work out and then eat 1000 calories a day.
